A very good clinic! I'm new to the area and needed to find a new vet after an incident involving my cat. I took him in on Saturday morning and the staff was kind and patient with me, which I appreciated. They answered all of my questions and treated my cat with great care. He required an invasive procedure and I was pleasantly surprised at their pricing.

I just brought my baby there for heart worm medicine. He’s a large pitbull mix but very sweet and friendly. I don’t mind him being muzzled because of his size and I know he has growled during appointments before, vets should always put their safety first! However, this time they treated him like a monster! The vet was incredibly snappy and wouldn’t even enter the room until he was confirmed muzzled, my dog has never tried to go after a person at any time but still I understood precaution. They tried for two seconds to draw blood, my pup did not growl and was muzzled, he just squirmed from the needle a little. After barely making an attempt the vet yelled and refused to do any more without sedating him. No sedation = no meds, basically sedate or leave. They sedated him without telling me anything more than that, not even what they gave him, pricing, risk, or procedure, and told me to leave. I had assumed since he wasn’t showing aggression it would be a mild sedative but no they gave him anesthesia! I wasn’t even aware I would have to leave and come back later until they came to drag his limp body out. My bill was double what I had anticipated for simple heartworm test and medicine because of this. I’ve been going here since I got my pup and the appointments have gotten progressively worse over time with the overall treat of myself and my baby. I will never be going back!

Hands down my favorite vet in town! They all Care so well for all my fur babies and is amazing at what they do ! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone the whole staff is wonderful ! Dr. Sawyer is usually my vet, and she is absolutely AMAZING! Love love love them !

Absolutely ridiculous! Tried to speak with the vet about my dogs ear crop(uneven ears & a super raw head)to which he basically said it was my fault,started walking out while I was still trying to calmly speak to him and told me not to come back

Had our dog spayed last week. She was not fully awake when they drug her out to me. They at least carried her to the car for me. When I got home, I had to carry my big dog into the house. It was hard. And the hidden expense! I called to get a price. They told me around $175-$200. It was $279. Nothing but the cone was unexpected. The girl out front gave me poor information and rolled her eyes at me when I called her on it. What choice do you have but to pay it? And write a review! We have used this clinic for years. But, I will never go back. I fear that my dog was not treated with compassion.
