We knew we had a hornet issue. We just didn't know how bad of a hornet issue. For a few days we had noticed them flying under the siding on the one side of our house. I tried a few cans of over-the-counter spray, but these suckers just flipped me off and kept going about their business. Apparently these are European Hornets. Rare for around here, so of course WE would get them! lol. They are freaking enormous! So we called in a professional. Rick from Tall Timber Wildlife Services LLC was the brave sole who showed up and discovered the nightmare situation. He sprayed from the outside first, but wasn't confident that it was going to help. So, we went inside and to the attic entrance and we could see it from about 30 feet away. A huge nest in the eaves. The nest is the size of a large watermelon I would say. Rick suited up and went in. Dusted them up good. Said there's going to be hundreds of dead ones in the attic when it's all said and done, but it might take a few days. We haven't seen any flying in and out from the outside since! I'm hoping I can go in there and get the whole nest out in one piece. Curious to see the whole thing. But that's not happening until at least next week. While we were wrapping up and talking in the driveway, Rick saw a small hornets next above the garage. Without any extra charge, he wiped them out for us too! I would highly recommend Tall Timber for anything wildlife related.

Fantastic service! I contacted Rick after waking in the middle of the night to two bags flying around my bedroom. He came out the next day to inspect the place and gave me good information about bat behavior and what to look for. He also encouraged me to call anytime of day should the bats return, which happened to be a little over a week later. He came in the middle of the night and removed the bat. He is still to complete a bat eviction and sealing of entry points, but he has been such a lifesaver thus far that I needed to share. 10/10 would recommend! Thank you Rick!

We searched around for someone to kill a hornet nest in our basement wall. They had an underground entrance into the tile foundation of our house and also had an entrance into the basement room where our shower is. It's not fun showering with hornets bopping you in the head. We killed hundreds of the pests, but they just kept coming. Made several calls and sent email request to various services and didn't even hear back from them. Then we called Tall Timber Wildlife Service. First of all they promptly answered our phone call and very professionally made an appointment to come the next day. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He even answered unrelated pest questions. He dug into the hole in our foundation, exposing the nest entrance, then sprayed. He warned us to be careful for a while as the critters would be very upset and that they should all be dead, including the queen and the nest. They were very agitated, but within several hours things quieted down. I just checked where they were entering the nest, and now after waiting for over a minute, there were no hornets entering or leaving the nest. They also are not entering the basement any more. He told us that it might take 3 days for the nest to completely die and to be careful around the entrance, but the early results are amazing. He also told us that if there is any rebound of the nest, to just call and he would return an spray again for free. We are very pleased with the service and cost.
