Rick was professional & knowledgeable. He actually FIXED the shoddy and potentially DAMAGING "work" (removed spray foam that was unsightly and was lifting brand new shingles and removed spray foam on a brand new ridge vent) of another "animal expert" from the area without charging extra for those services. Side note: I had to file a formal complaint on this other person, but that is another story. If ANYONE wants to start using spray foam on your home as the only means to "fix" your issue... RUN the other way! PLEASE ASK what their method of remediation is first. I am speaking from first hand experience. I have pictures to back up all that I am saying. Rick then proceeded to communicate with me regularly about his findings & plan, shared with me a DETAILED line-item bid, and came out to complete the work in various steps, rechecking at different times in order to ensure that the bats were indeed out. He started his process last September and JUST checked back yesterday. I cannot say enough positive things about his professionalism & effectiveness. SIDE NOT: TRUST ME WHEN I TELL YOU... certain "5 star rated businesses" in the same field are absolutely not 5 star & likely have false ratings. I can attest to that. Rick at Tall Timber is a stand up guy and is deserving of this rating.

Rick is incredible!! I called him Wednesday afternoon; he came Thursday morning! He removed 4 decomposing squirrels we didn’t know were in our fireplace and 2 bats that were most likely attracted to the flies!! We couldn’t figure out where the smell was coming from, but Rick found the source!! Then, he cleaned up the disgusting mess!! Inspected the chimney cap and installed a temporary cap. Inspected the roof for any animal damage and found that squirrels were chewing on shingles on the roof vent to try to invade the attic. He certainly is my SUPER HERO!! If you need someone who is knowledgeable, competent, efficient, and reliable - Rick is your guy!!! Lil

Rick, small business owner, got rid of the rodent issue I had within my home with diligence and effectiveness. Very knowledgeable and was able to talk through different aspects of the issue. No sales pressures and again effective !

Rick did a fantastic job with a tricky and ever changing situation with raccoons that were in my home. He got them out with the least damage possible to my house and is going to "racoon proof" my vents and repair some areas on my roof that the raccoon disturbed. Rick was fantastic! I found him after Terminix had screwed things up and I ended up with a family of raccoons and some bats in my ceiling. Rick explained everything easily, knew what he was doing and always provided great communication! I can unequivocally recommend him with no reservations!

We had a situation with some bats that were roosting in our house before we moved in. After researching online we decided to go with Tall Timber, and couldn’t be more pleased. Rick was excellent, and got rid of our bat situation promptly, and for a fair price. Couldn’t be happier!
