I previously left a 5 star review but sadly I have deleted it because it no longer applies. I use to purchase from this location very frequently because I have 10 aquariums and 6 amphibious pets. This is not a cheap hobby so I have literally spent well over $1,000 dollars at this location over the past 12 months and I would have gladly continued to spend my money here. I never expected any type of special treatment from anyone working there, but I do have a reasonable expectation to be spoken to in a courteous or respectful manner. Sadly there’s a current manager at this location who can be very snarky and rude, I’ve sadly had two negative encounters with her and I will never frequent this location again. I let my first negative encounter with her slide because nobody knows what trouble or worries she may have had that day, so when she behaved in a snarky manner towards me for a second time I could not let it slide this time. I truly hope that she is able to humble herself so no other customers have to experience such rude behavior, or she should at least find another profession that may possibly be more satisfying and enriching for her.

Enrolled in PetSmart’s beginner/puppy training and it was a success! Andrew was a pleasant and helpful instructor and I highly recommend this course! Check out my pup’s happy face on graduation day! 😆

Your average Pet Smart but done well from what I can see. Really nice people working there, some have been working there a while as I've seen them consistently...so thats a good sign. Andrew, who does training, is very nice easy to work with and knowledgeable. Very convenient place for alot of my pups needs. Can't speak on the grooming area as I never used it, probably won't.

Andrew is a very good trainer. He is patient and knowledgeable. Good with dogs. Enjoys his job. Would recommend to anyone interested in signing up for classes. Well worth it. Mine went through the classes and enjoyed it and had fun, learned a lot.
