Highly recommend Uptown Paws!! Amazing facility with super friendly and professional staff members ready to care for your furry family member like they were their own. Our pup gets so excited to go to daycare and when he comes home, he is worn out from having a blast! Love seeing the pictures posted daily capturing all the fun!

Unfortunately I can’t rate it 0 stars. I’m new to the area and was looking for a nice facility to board my two dogs while I went on a trip at the end of the year. I contacted Uptown paws to see if they would be a good fit. When I talked to them they informed me that they have breed restrictions and my dogs wouldn’t be allowed to stay there. Let me just ask this, how are you going to be a boarding/daycare facility and not allow certain dogs to stay there? Not even a temperament test? IMAGINE : you go to a hospital or hotel and they say oh you can’t be seen /stay here because of your race. Absolutely disgusting. This is also not noted or mentioned anywhere on their website or socials. This information is something that should be 100% broadcasted. It leaves a sour taste in my mouth to know people are still that biased in 2024. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I could not recommend Uptown Paws enough! My Samson is my baby and I get nervous leaving him places but I know I don't have to worry about him there. All the staff is extremely nice, they are all very personal and address both of us by our names. Samson is always excited to go in where in the past he has been anxious about going into other daycares.

I cannot say enough good things about this boarding facility. Every time I have gone into the business they have been extremely kind and answer all my questions. I booked all three of my dog babies here for a four night stay with daycare everyday. I enjoyed seeing the photos that the company posts on their Facebook page. The staff was also extremely kind when I would call to check on them. The team gave my babies their medications correctly, and I am so grateful for that. They have earned my forever business as a crazy dog mom. Thank you so much, Uptown Paws!!

We absolutely love, love this facility! We took the tour and were completely sold just after meeting the owner and the staff. Everyone was so kind and wonderful. We've used them several times now for overnight boarding with daycare and feel so much more comfortable when we're away.

I’m originally from Dothan and drove in from Clearwater with my pup for Thanksgiving. During the week, a family member had a stroke and was taken to flowers hospital. I called uptown the Friday after thanksgiving at the last minute to see if they could accommodate my dog for a couple hours while I visit my aunt. With just a few bits of information to be sure all was safe, I was able to drop off my dog within 30 mins. The staff was incredibly accommodating and gracious and I appreciate them so much! Also, the lobby is like a spa, it’s so calming. Anyway, thank you guys again! I’m grateful to have a place I can drop her if needed on future visits.
