I feel comfortable bringing my dog there. The only thing that is a negative is not seeing the vet who is attending to my dog. I do not know if this is the case when your pet is sick, but for the last two well visits, my dog was taken to the back. Even after he was finished, we did not see the vet

Thank you very much to everyone who is the governor of this animal hospital. BANFIELD is the best welcome among the animal hospital chains, the branch with nurse and doctor service is provided, and especially the cleanliness is excellent. Thank you very much again and again for providing this service.

we have been using Banfield for 15 years at least, they recently had a turnover and it wasn't so great, for us at least, but now it seems to be getting better, some more new people who really seem to care from the front to the back and all in-between, still a not so great day here and there but overall much better and seems they have the correct mix right now

Very disrespectful, my dog was there almost 9 hours straight no one calls to keep you updated! Worst experience!!
