I have a lot of creatures and I take them all to the Garland Animal Clinic. They have always been friendly and very helpful. My most recent visit was to get my 6 month old puppy fixed. With the staff and doctors there I know that my pup and all of my babies are in good hands. So I don't worry about them. They explain everything to me so I can understand. I won't go anywhere else. They treat all kinds of animals.

Was able to get a same day appointment for my constipated kitty who had been miserable for almost three days. Short wait in the lobby, they took her in back and got her fixed up in just a few minutes. I appreciate being given pricing right away. Vet was timely and knowledgeable. Everyone was friendly and very understanding about wearing masks around me (I am immune compromised) Overall a very positive experience.

I did not have a good experience I called beforehand to check what it would cost to look at a hurt elbow on my pup. They immediately tried to charge me 4x the amount and recommended I go to a specialist and get a ton of work done. Turns out she just fell into a hole and a few days later she was totally fine no pain or limping. I do not recommend as they will try to sell and charge you as much as possible before you catch on.

Wonderful professionals over at Garland Animal Clinic. They take great care of our puppy and it shows because he is never scared to go back. They handled his neutering and vaccinations without issues. Thanks again everyone and I highly recommend this location.

My dog needed to see an ER Vet on a Friday night due to an acute injury. The ER did what they could but recommended I see my normal vet. However, due to my normal vet getting a whole new staff over the last year and far away location, I had been looking for a new vet. On Monday morning I called Garland Animal Clinic to see if they were taking new patients and to get my dog looked at for the injury. They picked up right away, got my information, and got me scheduled for less than 48 hours later. Upon arrival, they checked me in and I explained that my dog has anxiety towards other dogs and strangers. They offered me use of a side door, which was just amazing. I waited less than 2 min for the Associate to come in and less than 5 min after that for the Vet to come in. We discussed conservative and more aggressive treatment options. I choose conservative to start, with x-rays at the end regardless of if the conservative treatment works, just because this is an issue that is likely to happen again. The Vet gave me detailed instructions on what to do. Considering this was not only establishing new care, but also for an acute injury, the price of the visit was more than fair. Therefore, due to ease of getting an appointment, wait times to be seen once there, price, and staff knowledge, I would recommend Garland Animal Clinic.

Zack & Alyssa are wonderful. (My dog has separation anxiety, so she needs special treatment.) Zack & Alyssa are always friendly, caring, more than accommodating & take care of my pets, as if they were their own! So appreciate what they do for my girls 💛💛
