Staff is alway patient and kind. The facility is kept up and so calming. I love the fear free aspect as well. My pets are so comfortable coming in and it shows. Usually they are nervous when going to the vet but NOT there! Prices are reasonable too the staff doesn’t push unnecessary things either and just are very informative. Will definitely be coming back! Service like this I feel is hard to come by!

I chose CoastView because it is a fully certified Fear Free clinic and my pup, Pogue, gets really scared and snappy at vet offices. Dr. Morse and her team has been wonderful and patient with us both while we are figuring out some medical issues he’s having. One stand out person I want to mention is the tech Janel. She is a god send. She’s communicative, responsive and sets me at ease every time we interact. She’s lovely with Pogue, and has been helping me while acting as an in-between for the doc and myself. She supports Pogue and me with our questions, and explains things in a way I understand. She’s great and makes the longer drive to the vet’s location worth it!

Hands down the BEST vet we've ever been to. CoastView takes fear-free to another level. Our dog Beau pulls on the leash trying to run inside to see all the wonderful techs and vets every time we visit! He LOVES it there! The staff is attentive, gentle, and knowledgable. We never feel rushed, despite the number of questions we ask, and are consistently met with compassion. Everyone goes above and beyond to accommodate us: texting after appts to follow-up on his care, calling us after we went to a different emergency vet for poisoning in the middle of the night, remembering Beau's favorite treats, etc. I also love that CoastView is super transparent with their pricing. They are willing to hand out prescriptions so we can go through Chewy/Costco for cheaper medications, and review necessary expenses with us in the room. We truly believe CoastView provides the best care to our dog. Thank you team!

CoastView's team of vets, vet techs, and all staff displayed excellence in every aspect to make sure our dog felt safe and our needs were met. Our dog grew to like visiting the vet and looked forward to meeting the team whenever we went. We also had international travel plans, and they made the importation and required document preparations go smooth and stress free. Would HIGHLY recommend for dogs of any temperament.

CoastView Vet. Hospital Staff has been caring for my pets for many years. Their dedication to Veterinary Medicine and professionalism when treating and educating Pet parents during visits is stellar! They deliver the most recent trends and treatments in Vet Medicine, through their kindness, compassion, and expertise. The Vet Techs and front office staff are so courteous, friendly and help the clients in appt. times and dates. I especially like there offer of Urgent Care Services. All the Vets are excellent, but my Chiweenie (Gretchen) loves Dr. Catie Morse:)

This is a top notch hospital! Each member of this team is patient, kind and compassionate! I have a nervous boy and they are always so prepared. They review his record ahead of time to ensure they are working with him how he wants. Thorough exam and even detailed follow up emails of the exam. I drive from Lemon Grove. Well worth it!!
