I really like the experience here. The only negative was they didn't put the E-Collar on the pets. After bringing your pet home, they had to get use to the E-Collar.

Very professional very affordable took my dog blue To get neutered was kind of nervous because I rescued him and he is a very special dog very nervous around people not very outgoing but super sweet so I was kind of worried about leaving him, but they were really nice. They took him back. Did the surgery and I picked him up. He was super drowsy from the anesthesia but after about four or five hours, it wore off and he was back to normal. It’s been three days now and he is recovering great, if anybody needs affordable spay or neuter, highly recommend !

I have been bringing my pets here for years! Not just because of the discounted services, but also because the volunteers here really care about the animals and their families. Never had a bad experience, and if there is an issue, someone steps in to help right away!

They have been wonderful with my dogs and cat. The team are all so kind and patient with me too. I recommend the services to anyone who wants pets but fear the outrageous costs of preventive care such as immunizations.

They must be using an untested anesthesia. My kitten, Ace (on the left) died on the table and Daisy, his mother, died 2 days after her spay. I will never use their services again. If I knew it was legal, I would sue them for wrongful death.

Came to Hope for my dog to get fixed. When picking her up, I noticed that she was very tired and wasn’t able to open both eyes. I called and they mentioned that the anesthesia was just wearing off. A week later- I had to take my dog to the vet to determine she has an eye ulcer. I reached back out to Hope asking for answers about what happened in surgery. They have yet to get back to me about this issue. I now have spend over $1000 trying to treat my dogs eye ulcer. My dog now has to go to a dog optomologist about this ulcer because the damage is deep and possible have surgery to fix what they caused. Hope had to have caused this, but won’t help in any way. The receptionist told me she’d call me back after speaking with the surgeon, but never did.
