Everyone here is just wonderful! So kind and knowledgeable. Baby Rocket was very nervous about her upcoming trip. She was losing sleep over it! But the professional team at Banfield Newnan helped her calm down and she had a great trip!

A BIG THANK YOU for Miranda! She drummeled all three of our dogs for their pedicures. It didn’t take long and I’m a very thankful Chihuahua Mom. Toby, Molly & Moose!

I have a pet insurance plan for 2 cats and a dog through banfield. I rarely have to pay anything extra for my animals. The staff is very nice and welcoming and i always get follow up calls from either the vet or other staff after a visit to check in and make sure my fur babies are doing ok.

Too bad they don’t have 0 star option because if not, that’s what they would get. There is no sympathy or professionalism in this place whatsoever I went this morning with my dog bleeding from her rectum, the Hispanic girl that greeted me. I asked her if she spoke Spanish because my wife doesn’t speak English and I wanted her to explain what was going on to the dog directly, she says well just a little when my wife started the conversation, she spoke Spanish to a perfect tee ! When my wife was finished , explaining she did not say a word but handed us a sheet of paper to hospitals that were 3040 miles away I said, isn’t this a pet hospital like it reads on the side of the building she says yes, but I cannot see the dog mind you all three girls were there chitchatting with each other, and I I couldn’t see next of work, or pets, being taken care of. Just a little Sympathy goes along way. Shame on PetSmart for having such an unprofessional pet hospital in their facility.

If you need vaccines that's fine. but for veterinary care it is better to go elsewhere. My pet died because they did not want to change the antibiotic.

I enjoy the plan for routine care. The inflated “fake” saving amounts the claim seem to keep you trapped in the contract after the pet dies, even if the plan was not utilized except for a “discount”.
