We tried two other vets before landing at Pine Creek when I begged our neighborhood Facebook group for Vet recommendations after feeling scammed out of money and having our pets not properly cared for. We have gotten extremely thorough, caring, personal care from the reception to all the medical staff. Thank you!!!

We recently adopted our sweet boy Toby from the Humane Society of the Pike’s Peak Region, and they gave us a voucher for a free exam at participating veterinary clinics. I came across Pine Creek Veterinary from the list that HSPPR gave us, and I am so happy that I did! The receptionist over the phone was very kind and got us an appointment within the timeframe that the voucher was valid for, and she thoroughly explained their process for new patients and what to expect. Fast forward to our appointment date, and we were immediately greeted and seated in the examination room by the receptionist. The doctor and the assistant were very kind and Toby seemed to like them too (especially after being given some treats)! They gave us some recommendations on what we could get done for Toby seeing as we didn’t know much of his medical history aside from what they did for him at the HSPPR. Every recommendation came with a clear explanation of the cost, and they allowed us some time to think about it before proceeding with anything. We really appreciated this and were overall very pleased with the friendly staff and wonderful service provided by Pine Creek Veterinary! We are happy to make this Toby’s established vet office, and I am hoping to bring my other cat in once he is due for his next set of vaccines. Thank you again Pine Creek Veterinary. Toby can’t wait to come back for some more treats in the future!

I had to take my dog into Pine Creek for the appointment every pet parent dreads. Alaena and the vet were so compassionate. A thousand thank you’s for your support. It meant a lot.

The doctors and staff are warm welcoming and caring. Our dog shows no signs of anxiety when coming to their offices which tells me when he is out of my sight for any treatment, he is treated with same love and care that is displayed in the exam room and he receives at home.

You guys are the kindest people with the most compassion to our dogs. Dr. Josh Fisher has been extremely kind and approachable . And the staff show every bit of kindness like him. When our 12 lb Yorkie - Lucy was being evaluated by him : he kissed her on the forehead. Lucy has a personality that invites this response - since she gets a lot of forehead kisses at home as well. He truly loves his profession and loves the animals . He also has a generous sense of humor that I am compelled to write here . I am a physician and I expressed my surprise when he kissed Lucy and he said “ Well, I can do this with my patients - but you can’t do that with yours .” Made me laugh so hard. What a great doc and a great team !

They took care of my dog immediately and potentially saved her life! Super efficient and easy to work with. Friendly staff that put up with my chaotic little boys the whole visit. I’m glad we found them when we did! They were very good at communicating when extra costs would show up, too.
