If I can give zero stars, I would please if you have an emergency and you love your pet DO NOT BRING THEM HERE!!!!!! A month ago I brought my 3YR OLD cat here who had am emergency I explained she was lethargic, vomiting, diarrhea all of a sudden and mucus coming out here rear and salvia, they told me someone would be with me ten min. time passed and I started to get anxious no one still, I go to the desk and ask someone coming she looks like she going almost crying. They did not care at all!! hours later someone comes takes me to a room take her vitals where they state it was normal when clearly she was not and she had a fever. They take her to the back and here i'm thinking she is going to be ok she is getting the care she needs, after 5 hours I get to speak with the only vet they had that day short staffed and unexperienced workers. Dr overcast presumes to tell me that they almost lost her that she was turning cold when they went to check on her because they had other animals to attend to with more critical condition!! MY CAT DIED!!! she didn't make it, my best friend is gone!!!! he tells me there's a 50/50 chance bill now is estimated at $6000 they now trying to administer IV fluids plasma get he glucose up from prolong waiting, hours pass and they said her condition was the same but now he comes up with what may need to be done to get her better I say do all you can, and I ask to see her because they tell me she has to stay overnight he declines me to see her excuse she has a catheter on, I can't see her and I would never after that. The next day they call me still same status they keep with treatment made sure to collect all my money before doing anything now we are close to 20k if she makes it past surgery now she needs surgery and now she's given 15 percent survival rate. They get her levels ok for surgery not 100 percent, she goes under and they call me to tell me the surgeon doesn't feel comfortable with the surgery and her intestines are inflamed time to euthanize her and to make a decision right away. 12k down to put her down, they ran all these test they claim and no answer no clue of to what was the cause opened her up and nothing, to tell me she be ready in an hour dead to see her. TOP it off they tell me I have 30 days to do the cremation on day 3 they sent her to get cremated and DID NOT CALL ME INFOM ME, WHEN MY SON AND I SAID IT NUMEROUS TIMES WE WANT TO BE PRESENT!!! TWICE they failed me to let me say goodbye to my best friend twice and they did not care. I went to pick up her ashes which they got back a week already and did not call me to inform me again!!!! NEGLECT NEGLECT NEGLECT !!!!! I believe she could have been saved if they acted accordingly and if they had to many patient let me go elsewhere to have given her a chance. over a month later I still do not have copies of what they did leading to 12k. Do not bring your pets here, if you want them to live, going back to get her ashes place felt like a morgue and smelled like death.

Be careful! Heartless butchers work here who just want to make money off your pets! I went to this clinic for a consultation to find out if my cat's right femur had fused correctly. He fell 5.5 weeks ago, but at the time of the visit he was already standing on this paw completely and did not complain about it. But in the process of recovery, he began to complain about the left rear. During the examination by the "doctor", he even hissed at the doctor when she began to bend his left paw! The diagnosis was shocking: "It is necessary to cut off part of the bone on the right hind paw and in the process of this surgery, find out what happened to the left paw... It sounded like "Let's cut first and then decide what to do." Even without X-rays (looking at only 5.5 week old x-ray). The bloodthirsty doctor just needs to cut something off to make money! She didn't even listen to what I asked her! To my question, "How will my cat walk and will he need prosthetics after that?" - I got a fantastic answer: "The bone will grow back!"... After this answer, I no longer doubted the unprofessionalism of the doctor, from the moment we entered the room, she had already decided that she wanted to cut my cat, in order to fill her pockets with money. She doesn't care what my cat and I went through before he could walk again! I rescued him from bombings and war in our home country. Sitting in a bomb shelter, I promised a cat a safe and full life! To me, it's more than a kitten, like a child. Imagine that they want to cut off your child's bone and make him 100% disabled! Do you still want to go to this clinic?

The staff were helpful, and kind! The only downside is the price, but that's to be expected. We will definitely be returning. The kindness for us and our furry family member has earned them new patients.

I was extremely pleased with the care my fur puppy cookie got on Jan 15,2024, not only did they give us great care but they also worried about other pets that may come into contact with my puppy because of her being sick and not knowing if she could be contagious so they nicely asked me to stay in the car and they would call me as soon as her room was ready. I waited maybe 5 min. The vet tech was extremely professional but very caring at the same time and showed my baby nothing my love and care. The veterinarian was so great with my cookie and did everything she could to help us that day and we left with answers and feeling a lot more relaxed and at ease then when I got there. Price wise I cant complain I had brought her to the e/r the previous Monday at another clinic and was told because I did not have enough money they could do no testing on her so we left after an extremely expensive visit with no answers and with my baby still as sick as when I brought her in. Here I was able to get the visit they did some testing gave some medical attention in office and prescribed meds and still was so much cheaper then her first visit to the e'/r. I cant thank them enough for the care they gave my fur baby cookie, I Highly recommend them. This is my first fur baby and I should have already had a veterinarian in place but could not find a good recommendation on any until I received the on them but they did not judge me for not having one they did not judge me on mistakes that I have made along the way but instead encouraged me and guided me on how to change things. There professionalism and caring not just for my baby but also for me was amazing and I am so thankful I have them for my baby cookies future care now.

We went to Pieper-Olson after a fairly traumatic injury to one of our dogs. I was in a total panic and went the front desk. A tech took my dog immediately and got her sedated and comfortable while someone at the front desk took my information. Within 10 minutes, I was talking with Dr. Urbonas who was so respectful and sensitive (she is amazing!), and she also spent about 20 minutes with both me and my wife talking through the issues and options. At the end of the day, they completed the surgery that day and we had our pup home at the end of the day with super clear instructions. It was a super stressful day for us, but thanks so much to Dr. Urbonas and the staff for making it easier on us.

We had an emergency with our elderly cat and it was after the hours of our vet. they took care of her cat right away and we’re very empathetic and explained things very well as to what our options were. I highly recommend this vet.
