All the staff included in both of my pet's care were very kind and respectful! It was our first time here so we didn't know how the cats would react to the environment, but the technician made sure the girls were safe and comfortable the entire time. The lobby and exam room were spotless, and there were no overstimulating noises or unleashed pets around; which makes the place feel really safe and welcoming for pets! I also really appreciate how the doctor gave me a detailed care-guide to look over to make sure they stay safe and healthy at home!

I see Dr Scudder for my dog's needs. She is very caring and takes my dog's health very very seriously. She follows up promptly and is very attentive. She is patient and takes her time to go over things and when she calls with updates, she takes necessary time to give full update and explain pros and cons of treatments. She is a compassionate and very caring and compitent doctor.

IF YOU HATE YOUR PET BRING THEM HERE. I wish i can give them 0 stars. This place genuinely does not care about your pets and talk so much crap after you leave if they don't like you. ( coming from a current employee there ). Their prices are ABSURD yet they still raise their rates more than gas prices and when you call for an appointment first thing they tell you is the how much things are going to cost instead of asking whats wrong with the puppy. NOT A SINGLE PRACTICIAN HERE IS COMFORTABLE WITH BIG ANIMALS. They do nothing to comfort the pets and use physical strength to control them if they get nervous. But the worst part is, they say your animal is aggressive and that they need to sedated to be taken care of. This is just their way of trying to charge absurd amounts of money for medications that are half the price at any other vet. The old chubby grumpy lady working the front desk is also EXTREMELY RUDE. Hung up the phone on my face when i was asking them questions on why they need to sedate my pet. Brought my dog here for 2 years and my experience has gotten worse and worse each time i went in and this is the final straw. If you care about how your pet is treated and dont like being scammed, take your pets elsewhere. My dog has been seeing a new vet for the past two visits and they did not even recommend a muzzle let along putting him to sleep

Dr Abbott was very thorough and explained everything to me about my pets health/pain. I was able to get an appt the same day which was important to me as my baby was having pain. Hopefully the meds and rest work. Listened

Having a pet with health issues is very stressful, but all of the staff at Pieper are so caring, understanding and knowledgeable, that it makes the journey much easier! Thanks to you all for your dedication and care for both pets and owners .
