Lily's Play and Stay is an absolute gem! My dog had an amazing time during his stay, and I couldn't be happier with the level of care he received. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and truly passionate about dogs. They went above and beyond to make sure my furry friend felt comfortable and loved. The facility itself is clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with plenty of room for dogs to play and socialize. I was particularly impressed with their attention to detail. I also took advantage of their grooming services, and my dog came back looking and smelling fantastic. The groomer was gentle and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend Lily's Play and Stay to anyone looking for a top-notch boarding and grooming experience for their dog. They truly are the best in the area!

This place is trash!! She makes her employees lie about putting dogs in rooms. Most dogs stay in pop up kennels when she has the place packed beyond capacity. She is literally robbing her clients paying $35 per day for daycare when they barely play or go outside. And she is definitely robbing the clients that are supposedly paying for “Life of Luxury” package at $73 per night. She is a liar and a very greedy human being. Don’t leave your dogs here! Edit*** I wanted to go ahead and share some more of the photos from this place. The owner also only shows people the so-called nice areas, the “rooms”. During tours, the employees do not to show the actual kennels in the back. Dogs that bark a-lot or are stressed out go in these back kennels. Also, there are no overnight staff to care for the dogs boarding. The dogs only go out to potty every 4 hours or so because the place is understaffed. And the pups are only out for about 3-5 minutes that’s it.

This review is for my experience a few months ago. Brought my dog for daycare for the first time and when I picked him up he had not gone to the bathroom all day!!! No one noticed??... as soon as we walked out the door he had the longest pee followed by many more before we could even get to the car. Hes never been on turf before but I would assume staff would watch a dog who's never been to their facility before, wrong. Went to bring him in again and called multiple times to make sure someone would watch him go and if not I was assured they could walk him. When I called to check in on him and see if he had been walked/if it was needed the woman stated I had to pay extra for that.. to just use the bathroom?! I was not expecting a full blown walk out of it. Neither time I picked him up did anyone say how he was doing, if he was getting along with everyone, nothing. They did not care about my dog at all. Will not be returning.

My friend told me about Lily's Play-N-Stay and said it was such wonderful place for her dog to play and socialize with other dogs. She also said they do such a fantastic job with her sweet boy so I thought I would give it a try. I called a couple times and talked with Tracy. She was so kind, patient and answered all my questions to not make me worry or feel anxious about letting my dog try daycare or play with other dogs. I am very protective over him and would be devastated if anything happened to him. When I first walked in with my boxer boy Hank, I could not believe how clean it was and it was decorated so cute! The lady at the front desk was very welcoming. I picked him up a few hours later and they took pictures of him playing with another puppy. I could tell he had so much fun and burned off lots of energy! I will be taking him back again soon and I have told my friends and neighbors about Lily's too.

Update: Our Heidi girl is now over 100lbs and regularly goes for play days and overnight boarding. She loves going. The staff is always wonderfully caring. She comes home exhausted. We love that she has friends that she plays with regularly. She's a social eater and they even hand feed her to ensure she's eating enough while boarding! Original post 11 months ago: Our Dane loves playing all day and comes home exhausted. She starts wagging her tail at the front door. Heidi loves Lily's!
