I've been taking my pets here for >15yrs & know many of the staff It's clean, they Always go the extra mile- the front desk if helpful, Vets return calls. My dog was very sick recently & the care was thorough and coordinated. They had her ER records ready for my visits. Vet care is pricey everywhere- they're pretty competitive- yet I feel you get what you pay for & they'll try to keep finances in mind yet your pet's welfare is their focus. Dr Liz & Dr Strake are Awesome! Would Recommend South Coastal!

I recently switched to South Coastal from a vet a little closer to my house. This was the best decision I have made. They are well staffed, attentive and prompt. The staff is incredibly kind, the vet techs (as always) are just such special people and you can tell they love working with animals. The vet spends a lot of time with your animal and was very helpful. They did not push anything on me that I was not interested in. I cannot recommend them highly enough, it's a wonderful experience.

We can’t sing high enough praise for the staff of South Coastal Animal Health. We’ve been bringing all of our pets here since we moved to the area 3 years ago. Last winter, our kitten, Haze, was diagnosed with FIP, previously considered a death sentence. However, through Dr. Julie and fellow staff’s guidance, we were able to get in touch with a FIP group who provided us with the life-saving medication that brought our baby back to life. It was because of their knowledge and time spent researching, that Haze is still with us. Yesterday marked his final day of his observation period, where we received news from the FIP organization that Haze was officially cured of FIP. We can never thank South Coastal enough, but recommending them to everyone we know is a start.

We have been going to south coastal since our dog was a puppy. We always have dr. Abby she’s awesome. Great level of care, great staff. We also were brought in by a vet tech named Nicole, she was great as well. Highly recommend

I had an emergency with my 14-year cat and, although they were booked, understood my distress and squeezed me in anyway. Everyone from check-in to the techs to the vet were absolutely wonderful. They were caring, empathetic and took great care of my Shadow (the grey in the avatar). Prices are very reasonable and the entire process was seamless. The vet called me the next day to follow-up to see how my sweet boy was doing. I cannot say enough good things about this practice and I would urge everyone to make an appointment with their beloved companions. You will be impressed and thrilled at how you and your companion are treated.

The staff at South Coastal Animal Health always treats my cat like she’s their own. She’s normally very skittish but is super friendly with everyone she’s met there, seeking pets and purring. We’re never rushed even when we go for a simple nail trim. I’ve always been able to make an appt easily and in a reasonable amount of time, pricing is also very fair and reasonable. The facility is also beautiful and very clean.
