My two girls were in and out within a matter of hours after getting fixed. The staff takes good care of your fur babies and makes sure you have the information you need to properly care for your fur babies after you pick them up and take them home.

First off, Bridgette is great. I was stoked on the price and her customer service was on point! Unfortunately, traffic and anxiety were for breakfast so I wasn't able to utilize their services for my dog as scheduled... But! The girl at the intake table was nice and answered all of my questions. Another plus was where they were parked! It was kind of hard for me to find at first, but it was a really nice location with lots of parking (Kit Carlson Amputheater Park). Just wanted to give some thanks for their hard work, and hopefully I can get in next time.

So far we are happy with the Spay services we had completed today. Good communication between us and the vets. My suggestion to those having a little kitten spayed is to purchase a surgery suit (Google it) prior to the operation. I think it works much better than the cones to keep the kittens from messing with the incision site.

Excellent service!!! I paid a $10 donation to get my dogs first set of vaccines. Staff was professional, friendly and knowledgable. However, I'm giving a 4 star rating because I wish they had more availability. If you're lucky enough to schedule an appointment, don't miss it!! cuz you might not be able to re-schedule another one for months!

I have been here twice. They spayed both of my pets. But my problem is with the staff the first time I came they were so rude so I decided to give them a second chance because maybe they were having a bad day but nope second time I came they were rude again. Makes me worried about how they treat the animals inside. I understand they have a lot on their plate with all the animals but patience is apart of their job. If you claim to love animals but don’t have patience then go do something else. I understand people and animals can be a lot but kindness is not gonna kill you It was at the fallbrook location

Such a great service Oside provides and everyone that works with this mobile snip clinic is top notch. They let us know that our new pair of kitters, Brother and Sissy were both male but even after surgery, Sissy still identifies as a female and her bro still prowls and they are such unique and connected siblings and all thanx to the great folks at Snap 🍀
