We adopted a sweet boy named Deadpool from here. The employees were very very sweet, they provided all the necessary information regarding him and answered any questions we had. They also provided necessary items for him that were packed in the cutest decorated box. I definitely recommend this shelter if you’re looking to add to your fur family ❤️

The staff was very nice and helpful. One lady was very disrespectful with long brown hair towards me in front of other customers and coworkers. She was unapologetic when she was done. I do not recommend if you’re looking for a welcoming staff to help you find a loving pet.

The kittens we adopted from the SPCA are absolutely wonderful. It is clear that they were loved and well taken care of at the shelter. They are cuddliest cats of all time and could not be any cuter. Sorry for the rest of y’all, but we got the two very best kittens.

I take my 6 month kitten to be fixed and shots a chip cost over $200. 9 months later I take her in Vet for bite wound. The feline leukemia shot was never gave to her but they charged me for it. Now I have to spend more money to have her tested to see if she has the feline leukemia before I can give her her shots. I was never told feline leukemia shot was missing. I am mad.

We had an amazing experience going though the Jefferson SPCA! They matched us with the perfect dog to add to our family, Glitter! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming! You can tell the staff truly loves and takes care of the animals there and truly care about finding them the right home! I would highly recommend adopting through them!
