This is by far the best animal hospital I have ever gone to. The staff here, from Isabelle, to Heidy, to the surgeon herself … I could not be more grateful and happy with my experience here. My dog was in an accident and they went above and beyond for My dog and I. With compassion and care my dog is healing successfully, and they turned a very stressful situation into a calm plan in how my dog can get better. This hospital is the best, and has my heart. For all who have pets, your animal will be safe and cared for here!

I have nothing but great things to say about Blue Pearl. From the initial phone call after such a scary experience with our beautiful Labrador Taylor. Our vet’s preliminary assessment was spot on and Blue Pearl was able to arrange to have us come in for an examination with the possibility of the surgery if he needed it. Dr. Bonczyski examined him with such care and no pain to our baby. She sat down with us to go over the procedure and answer any of our questions and concerns. Believe me we had dozens of questions and were very nervous. She sat with us and answered every single question. She was very caring, supportive and knowledgeable. We had a wonderful Tech named Juan who handled our Taylor as if he was his own. Dr. B called us as soon as the surgery was completed and told us exactly what she did and that he was resting comfortably. He had a paralyzed laryngeal, which made it hard for him to breathe. He remained overnight in their ICU unit being closely monitored. Dr. B. called to tell us he did very well in the morning and felt he could go home. It gave us a sense of peace to know the doctor was the one who called us directly through the whole incident. From the front desk staff, to Dr. B’s whole team including nurse Isabel and technician Juan everyone made us feel comfortable and showed so much concern for our Taylor. I have to also say the entire hospital was so sanitary, no odors, no clutter in any of the offices.(used gloves to exam the dog). Rooms were bright and had our dog’s name on a board making us feel he was their friend for the day. Our Taylor is home recovering and will return in 10 days for a surgery site check. Thank you Blue Pearl for taking such good care of our baby!

I called ahead as my dog was having an allergic reaction. They knew who I was as soon as I walked in the door. Staff were very friendly and caring. They treated my dog right away with zero wait time. Treatment and billing were fair and transparent. The facility was very clean and professional. My dog was completely back to normal when he was brought back to us a short time later. Def recommend!

Phenomenal from start to finish. Came in like a crazy person at 8am on a Sunday with my puppy and was met with calm and compassion. Every person was kind, understanding and overall so knowledgeable they put us both at ease. They were so good with her, that I was confident we were getting wonderful care. The rooms were bright and clean. Having been awoken to blood an hour from home, I had no idea what to expect. But a few tests and some meds and an hour later we left feeling so much better. I can thank you enough for everything. Especially want to thank Raquel. She was wonderful

Blue pearl was recommended to me by a work colleague. My experience with Pearl was Excellent… I met with the doctor and was able to get my dog into surgery the very next day they were attentive and helpful and saved Maxxy’s life. I am very grateful.

Our 4-year old German Shepherd decided to help herself to some dark chocolate brownies cooling on our stove. Fortunately, we figured this out quickly and rushed her over to BluePearl. Working with Poison Control they immediately started treatment and took care of our precious furry family member! All is well! I cannot begin to express my appreciation. The entire staff was professional, caring and assured us that we had come to the right place. The facility was clean, well designed and appeared to have all the necessary medical equipment to meet any emergency need. Totally impressed! Highly recommend them to anyone in need of emergency pet attention!!! And thanks again for taking care of Martha. She is now back at home and back to her old self!!!
