Our cat ended up at VEG after ingesting some plastic at our house. While you never want your pet to end up in emergent care, we couldn’t have asked for a better care team. The doctors, nurses and staff took such wonderful care of Minerva and were compassionate and communicative with us throughout her stay. We can’t thank you enough!

There’s not words for me to explain how Grateful I Am, i recently took my Puppy for a sick visit, and turned out to be very serious condition, The entire staff was amazing at all times , genuinely concerned about my puppy condition, very professional helping me with this tough process. I’m truly Bless by the whole Staff. honestly HANDS DOWN 🙌🏼 I will forever be grateful with everyone who took great care of REX 🙏🏼

Had taken my cat here a few months ago, and very grateful that I chose to go here. My cat was losing lots of weight and wasn’t eating or drinking much and just not himself. Dr. deHaan and her team were compassionate and knowledgeable and were dedicated to getting Peaches back to being healthy and happy. We didn’t have to wait to be seen, and the process of his evaluation, blood work and X-rays wasn’t bad either and we were informed on everything that was going on so we weren’t left wondering what’s going on. The cost of the visit wasn’t bad either compared to other emergency vets. He got his diagnosis, referred for a follow up at primary vet and now 3 months later he’s thriving. Thanks again to dr deHaan and everyone else at VEG.

We can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. France & the entire team at VEG Paramus. Our 10 year old poodle Coco was rushed in after hours of coughing uncontrollably. She was taken in and examined immediately and we were allowed to stay with her from start to finish. She received excellent care, Xrays & medication and was on her way home within two hours. The entire staff is kind, compassionate, efficient & well trained. They love what they do and it shows. We highly recommend this location. ❤️

This review is way overdue, but 5 stars all around for their doctors, medical, and front office staff who have always been here for me and my animals! They've always welcomed me in, and treated all of my cats with compassion, especially in emergency situations (and even when I've brought my stray cats in for injury treatment), and consideration - trying to make any care needed as affordable as possible. Most recently, I brought one of my older cats in, who had a terrible reaction to a ringworm medication, leading to liver issues. He needed to be hospitalized for several days - while at VEG, he received around the clock care from their medical staff, who monitored him, checked his vitals and liver values daily, did additional diagnostic testing to rule out other causes, and administered oral and IV medication and treatment to him. I was also super appreciative of them letting me visit as often as I wanted (and at any time! 24/7 visiting hours). So thankful to them for saving his life! 6 months later, he's bounced back and doing amazingly well. Including 1 picture during his time at VEG, and a more recent one of him enjoying the holidays in good health. Thank you VEG Paramus! You guys are truly the best.
