Professional and caring. My last trip there was not one I wanted to take but the vet and 1 tech took time away from their lunch to stay with me and not rush the process. They gave me the time I needed to grieve. Everyone in this office has been very nice to us and our animals.

We, unfortunately, were faced with end of life of our 17 year old pup while vacationing in the area. The folks at Berlin animal hospital treated us as though we were long time patients. A great group of people. Caring and compassionate!
