So happy to have beck ‘n call nearby. Our pups love it here and always come home tuckered up after a full day of playing. They do really fun things often too (recently they offered a photo shoot for the pups to be on Santa’s lap). Highly recommend.

I love beck ‘n call! They are always very nice and the prices are better than a lot of options. I love that the dogs can all day play, no extra cost. They also have indoor/outdoor areas with a little kiddy pool for the dogs to cool off. I enjoy watching the live view cameras to see if my dog is having a good time, which she always is!

I love them. We've been taking our dogs here for years. They are friendly and really, part of our family as we trust them so much with our fur babies. They're always there for us! Plus I love that they have live video streaming during the day so you can get a peak at them while you're away.

The owner and staff were very kind to our two dogs. They were quick to seek help for our puppy with a minor injury. Very caring. Clean facility. Superb service. We'll use Beck and Call exclusively in the future. Thank you guys!

I am a long time customer of Beck and Call, and it saddens me to write this review. What used to be a wonderful establishment with personal attention from the owner has sadly and steadily gone down hill post-covid. This past year staff has mixed up medication for my dogs, mixed up their food instructions, and kenneled the dogs together leading to one dog attacking the other, despite explicit written instructions on food, baths, kenneling, medication, and more. When poor care occurs, the staff immediately provide the excuse that they weren't provided written instructions. Whether this is true or not, the quality of care has clearly gone down hill, with staff who aren't capable of critical thinking skills. What I see at Beck and Call is they have become too big to really provide the thoughtful level of care as in the past; they now kennel cats, will not split boarding packs, kennel dogs together despite the owner's explicit request and instructions, and I can only assume it's to make more $. As for the medication, the staff makes errors such as giving one dog two heartworm medications when it's clearly marked 1 for each dog, with no other excuse than "I thought it would be all for one dog". I agree with another review below that the dogs are isolated and frequently are returned with cuts, stress, trauma, etc. During our last boarding July/Aug, the dogs came home so stressed out they were growling at us and each other; one was peeing everywhere in the house and one would not come out of her crate for several weeks. The lack of critical thinking skills is beyond unfortunate; the pet's health and safety is actually at risk at this establishment. It saddens me to say that I can no longer recommend Beck and Call to others as I have done for so many years, and we will not be returning.
