Very Special Thank You to Dr. Jennifer Kapp of Noah's Ark in Carrollton, Tx. Dr. Jennifer Kapp came in on her day off for these babies. Dr. Jennifer Kapp was there with me during all of this. I drive across Dallas to get to her, I just couldn't trust anyone else with my Veterinarian care of my Bulldogs.

This is my baby, DEAD, a day after we left this Vet " Hospital". If it was a hospital why did the Vet not administer her fluids along with the medication that she made me shove down Princess's throat....knowing all along that she was going to die ! I was not given any options, Euthanasia, nothing...you will not get the loving caring help that you expect and the staff here are VERY RUDE. Reaching out to TEXAS STATE BOARD OF VETERINARY MEDICAL EXAMINERS to file a complaint and my attorney !!!

Stop saying we initialed to opt out of bloodwork and Xrays!! Thats a LIE!!! Show the paperwork!! They were neglectful with the treatment of our dog resulting in a BLOODY, HORRIBLE, TRAUMATIC death. I contacted the vet to inform her of his death and was told she was not there that day. NEVER received a call even after leaving my number. Not even a "sorry for your loss". I did discuss standard protocol listed on The American Heartworm Society stating blood test and Xrays should have been taken to determine a treatment plan. I was told, "we dont do that here" by the receptionist. Now, after my boyfriend has left a review, they have responded saying we opted out of Xrays and blood test the morning we dropped him off. Blood test and Xrays were NEVER mentioned. Why would you ask about blood test and Xrays the day you were to treat him? That should have been done to even figure out a treatment plan!! BUT they dont do Xrays and blood test according to the receptionist?! They did whats called a "quick kill" on our dog and that's exactly what it did. QUICKLY KILLED HIM. Now, we are left with the nightmares and trauma of our dog profusely vomiting blood everywhere. something that looked like a murder scene. rushing him to the ER with blood all over us. coming home without him and having to clean up his blood. If we could just go back and choose another vet. #JusticeForSmokie

We had been searching for a Vet to take care of our Bulldog and his corkscrew tail problem. My husband came across Noah's Ark Pet Hospital. We called on a Friday. They were so friendly and helpful and had an immediate appointment for the following Monday. Dr. Kapp took great care of our baby! His surgery was a great success and she even dealt with my worries and concerns of his healing. She assured me and gave great guidance the whole way through. I was so happy with the service my Benjamin received and how helpful they were with us worried pet parents. Thank you Noah's Ark. We will definitely be continuing our vet needs here.
