I have been recommending Vetsavers quite often. My experiences with several vets have been good, and I enjoy having an ongoing relationship with a vet who knows my older, special needs cat. Being able to have treatment and exams in the room (rather than waiting while my pet is taken back) is a helpful professional touch. The support staff are also very attentive and take case information before the exam with good detail. Communication using email about my cat's case saves time and allows us to focus more quickly during the actual exams without a lot of catching up. I do not expect my vet to remember every detail, and knowing he can review status updates before our appointments makes me very confident we can get right into whatever we need to address when I am there. I feel supported, and wish there were more locations in the greater DFW area, so more pets and owners could benefit.

Great experience at Vetsavers with Dr. V. The whole staff is supportive and kind. They definitely care about our pets and how they are treated as well as listening to the owners. Dr. V answered all my questions and helped my pet with her symptoms. She is feeling so much better!

Sadie always gets the best attention and loves her doctor and techs. She's not always happy to be there but everyone is very gentle with her and she seems to understand they care about her. I love that they remember her every time we come in.

My mom raved about this place for her dog and she's a little crazy when it comes to her pup, so of course I had to check out Vetsavers. I brought my 11yr old dog and 4m old pup and we had one of the BEST experiences at the vet! My favorite parts were how fast we were seen, the thorough exams, and how kind and communicative everyone was. It's a bit of a drive for me, but worth it! I also love that the first exam is free and FINALLY amazing vets at a reasonable price. it makes it an easy yes.

I love VetSavers, especially Dr. Jeffrey Stillie. He is so kind and loves the animals he cares for. He will go out of his way to call owners back and talk to them without having to always make an appointment. He always checks out my pet at each visit, even if it's just been a few weeks between visits. The staff there is also very friendly, and the prices seem reasonable (I haven't been to another vet in years so don't have any post-covid comparisons). The only issue I've ever had is a surgery for my dog (removing a horn growth on her paw pad) that ended up growing back. I had a few communication issues with the surgeon (wasn't Dr. Stillie). But other surgeries for her went well. As long as Dr. Stillie is there, I'll keep coming back.

My FIRST time experience with vet savers was pretty good even though the prices were still a little high, but the vet and the vet tech were awesome and that’s what means the most to me. I did like the fact that we had the opportunity of a free visit to see how we like it, even though we still walked out paying $289 but if you compare the prices to other vets, they still run little less for the same thing. The only thing I noticed was that when we walked in not very friendly at first, I mean there was no hi/hello, welcome to vet savers nothing like that. It was just ‘do you have appointment’ so that was a little off-putting. The staff became a little bit more friendlier a little warmer. I guess they needed to warm up but all in all I score them an eight here and will do so on my Google reviews, I put them as a 4 star.
