Everytime I need to take a pet in, I'm told the next available appointment is months out, regardless of the issue my pet is having. One pet is getting chemotherapy 2 hours away, and Animal Medical Clinic can't even let her go in for a blood draw next week to check her levels. Took another cat in for a persistent eye infection, and was given drops that did nothing at all. Turns out my cat's infection was gram positive and the drops were for gram negative bacteria. If I have to wing it constantly, what good is this vet office? Their website says "Walk ins welcome!" That is an absolute lie. Their website says they're open on Saturdays. They're NOT. I messaged the vet on FB about it after wasting a trip to Sumter based on their inaccurate website info. He saw my message, didn't respond, and didn't correct his website. They used to be great. They've drastically changed since around the time of Covid. Don't waste your time with this one.

They are always willing to help, friendly animal lovers, they take good care of our two cats and dog. Appointments are of course wise, but they'll try to help you regardless. I have only had good experiences in the past 4 years we have had them as our animals vet.

Everyone here is amazing! We take all of our fur babies here. They are always caring and loving with them all. Our babies are spoiled here just like home. We wouldn't go anywhere else!

The vet care, when you can see them, is outstanding. The front desk, not so much. They can't seem to get it together. Each of them will tell you something different.
