We tried Pet BnD for the first time last month and were very impressed with the level of care and service our dog received. He got so much individual attention and one on one play time. Everyone there is friendly, professional, and very experienced in animal care, which gives you great peace of mind when boarding. He had surgery about two weeks before his stay and they were attentive to his healing. We received multiple photos of him each day, which showed us how happy he was being there. We have found our regular kennel with Pet BnD.

We had a 10 day trip planned and two days before our departure, our dog had to have an emergency procedure to get stitches. He was on a strict “No play, remain calm” prescription which made it hard to leave him with our other dogs during our trip. Our vet’s office recommended Pet BnD for a safe boarding option. I reached out to the staff and they were more than helpful with getting us booked and assuring us that their manager, equipped with 10+ years of Vet tech experience, could keep an eye on the incision. They sent me regular updates and texts which was great for my helicopter mama heart. They kept our pup in a quiet and clean kennel area and took him out many times to make sure he was getting in some exercise while avoiding other dogs he would want to play with. When it came for pickup, our dog was really bonded to David and it was great to see that trust there! The facility is in a great location, very clean, has amazing staff, fair prices. I will recommend Pet BnD to any of my friends and family as we will also be returning customers!

David gave me a tour of Pet BnD in Albuquerque and was thorough in answering all of my questions and I could tell he truly cared about animals! A great first impression! I was impressed with the setup-indoor/outdoor kennel giving our dogs access to fresh, open air. Their kennel was large enough for them to share and I loved that their outdoor run had a half wall so our dogs could have their privacy or peak over to see what was happening on the other side. Cait was super in responding to my texts, sent 2 pictures per day of our girls playing happily in the garden and in the other play yard. Cait and her staff did everything to help them feel safe and loved. Definitely return again and again. Best kept secret in town!🐾

This place is the best in the city for dog grooming. Not only was everyone we spoke to extremely nice, they handled our dogs with care and they came out sparkling clean! One of our babies had a small injury on her side and they informed us in a caring manner without judgment. I have been to several grooming spots around the city and this one beat our expectations!! I will recommend them to everyone and will definitely be back with our pups. 10/10 experience!
