The staff were super friendly and nice. We ended up adopting a cat while we were there (she's in the pictures) and now my son wants to volunteer there. It was our first visit there but I foresee it being a frequent stop in the future! Just wish I could adopt all the cats 😭

We went there at 11:50am on a Saturday (we were hoping to talk to someone about making a donation). On Google, it says they are open on Saturday until 5pm. Many staff members were standing behind the door talking and the inside door was locked, so we could not go in. They could see us standing there. We stood there for 5 minutes or so, thinking that someone would at least say something to us or give us an explanation of why they weren't letting us in, but instead they ignored us. We walked out, and then decided to walk back in again. They still ignored us and didn't open the door. I'm not sure what was going on or why they wouldn't let us in. Tried calling to ask but no one would answer. The environment seemed rather unprofessional and not welcoming, I don't think we will be back.

Amazing service and caring people! I would recommend to anyone. They take care of the animals and do their best to choose the best families for them. We went there after our cat went missing to see if she was at their SPCA. They were really kind and empathic to our situation. A little while after, we came back to look at their adult cats and we ended up adopting one cat. They were really nice through the process and made sure we were a good fit for him. So, a big thank you to the team for their patience and their empathy!

PAW is great. I just adopted my first cat. They were patient, and gave us plenty of time to spend with cat. They let us get a feel for the one we brought home. They answered our many questions. If looking for a pet, please choose PAW. Their care for the animals is obvious.

Sheba is super sweet at home. We love her so much. Although she still barks at other dogs she is becoming better and better! We feel so lucky to have her as a family member.
