The BEST! Our new dog Jerry turned out to be higher energy than we anticipated. Long daily walks were not enough to keep him from getting crazy. On the recommendation of a friend, we sent him to Waghouse. He was a bit uncertain at first, but quickly warmed up. Now he rips my arm off dragging me inside - he loves it! The staff is so wonderful and knowledgeable. They love him (and all the dogs there) and take great care of him. I like that it’s not only an outlet for his energy, but a social one, too. Thank you, Waghouse!
I can’t put enough good things into writing about Waghouse! They’re AMAZING. I work at a animal hospital in the same parking lot as Waghouse and was SO excited when I found out about them. From the first day I sent my boy he’s loved it. The staff- incredible, the environment- incredible! I love that they share photos throughout the the time your babies are there and provide fun things for them to do. The owner is the sweetest ever and does a amazing job running this business! Waghouse is my dogs favorite place to be, and results in the best sleeps! Thank you Waghouse for caring for my boy and tuckering him out!
My pup loves going to Waghouse! She has lots of fun in a safe environment and is exhausted when she gets home. I enjoy seeing pictures of what she did during the day. The owners are very nice and are great communicators. I have used some other doggie daycare providers in the area which were also lovely. I prefer Waghouse for their indoor options when weather is bad and knowing my girl is not crated all day. Plus it’s a convenient location as I travel down Route 32 for work.
Maggie and Cooper always seem like they had a blast at Waghouse. It's great to know they are getting their exercise in and being social while we head to work. My favorite part is the Waghouse Wipeout at the end of their day!
Waghouse Dog Daycare if you were to describe it in one word would be AMAZING. All my dogs LOVE it there, with my girl thinking that every time I leave the house I'm going to Waghouse and crying if that's not where we wind up. My dogs practically rip your arm off trying to get in there when we arrive. They come home tired and happy. The owner, Michelle is so accommodating and helpful in any and all situations. The first day we went, the goal was to take my dogs there, one maybe 2 days a week. Recently due to circumstances it has been more like 4 to 5 days a week and my dogs can't get enough. And lastly, someone asked me, how do you know they are not mistreating your dogs. Well that answer is 2 fold. I don't need any one to tell me...my dogs tell me by the they react when we pull into the parking lot, and they're not able to get out of the car fast enough to get in there. And secondly the pictures that are shared each day of the pups and their fun activities. Bottom line, you won't find better than Waghouse Dog Daycare because they are THE BEST!
We are so thankful for the Waghouse! In the fall we adopted a mixed breed dog that had been a street dog for the first year of her life. Listening to humans and an understanding of basic obedience was new to her. Although I was turned away from another doggie daycare since she was too ‘new’ and energetic, she was embraced by the Waghouse staff. They helped to reinforce basic obedience training and expectations, both towards people and other dogs, and their partnership in the training process made her adjustment period so much faster and more effective. Although there were some hiccups from her early on (to be expected), the owner kept in constant communication with us and we problem solved together. She comes into the Waghouse each day so eager to see who will greet her that morning, and she has a definite relationship with each staff member (you can even tell in the unique ways she greets each of them). The experience of being around so many dogs and people has also caused her to be the least reactive dog that I’ve owned, which is an unexpected perk of attending daycare. The staff gives her so much love and attention and is a second family to her. We can’t say enough about this great place! Thanks to Michelle and her staff!
