Good luck getting hold of them. They NEVER return phone calls and rarely answer their phone. I used them a few years ago and it was a challenge to get hold of them. I finally did and they performed the service pretty well. Wouldn’t say great, but the job was done. Trying to get hold of them again for the last 3 weeks. Several messages left and no response. I love the service they are trying to provide but at least TRY to be accessible.

Ruth and Joe - the people that run this insane asylum need psychological help. They literally harass their neighbors (enough where they even have a cameras pointing to people’s backyards - which are destroying people’s privacy). Do not support these people. They do more harm than good to rescue (and feral) animals. These people are absolutely nuts.

Metro Feral has taken care of all of our pets, lovingly. We moved and due to circumstances we could no longer afford regular vet visits, at our former vet offices. They saved us in so many ways. And took great care of our critters. Grateful dog(s) & cat(s) Mom

Been using Metro Ferals for probably 10-15 years. They are great. Sometimes communication is hard but keep trying, it’s worth it. I recommend them 100%.
