They’re amazing. They’ve done so much for me and my pets. In the past they saved my cat who had a tooth abscess with quickly scheduled dental surgery. The Bayview vets that I’ve interacted with are always willing to talk, give advice and won’t rush you. The reception staff is also great. Erin in particular has been awesome and is always so nice to my lab. Recently they were able to get my lab an emergency appointment to fix multiple failed staples from a spay and gastropexy I had done at Orchard Park. Bayview was able to get her in in 30 minutes for an evaluation in between their rotations. They inspected her incision and used surgical glue to help hold together the area where the staples failed. And they charged me like $40 to do it which is very reasonable. They showed true compassion for my girl and made sure she was OK and I’m grateful for that.

My dog has been cared for by Bayview Animal Hospital for almost 4 years. The doctors and staff are knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. I’m always able to make informed decisions, never feeling rushed. They are the absolute best.

Very caring and do their utmost to get Benny seen asap! Love all the people who work here ... thank you! The Doctor called 3 different phone numbers trying to get in touch with me ti give me an update on Benny my Yorkie who was staying there so they could fit him in....I call that above and beyond! So appreciate Bayview and front staff is always friendly and helpful!, even before we started going there!

Even though I moved many miles from Webster and changed other providers to be closer to new address, Bayview Animal Hospital was not one of them. Bayview will always be the veterinarian for my pups. I've been taking them there for many years and will continue to do so. The care provided is top notch. The vets treat my pups like their own. The girls trust them and are always excited to see them, including all the staff. I never question their advice because it's sound and knowledgeable. The staff of Bayview Animal Hospital place the care of their patients as the highest priority. I feel the sense of urgency and compassion from every member of the staff. My two boys and my little girl love the staff and all the love they get when they attend their regular and sick visits. I've always felt safe trusting them with my Fur Babies.
