They have been so warm and welcoming to my boxer. He is a very nervous dog and apprehensive to meeting new people but the entire team made him feel comfortable and helped to ease his anxiety.

Dr. Anson and her team were phenomenal in helping us seek answers regarding possible treatments for our sweet Mocha. Sadly palliative care was the best option and Banfield guided and supported us through it.

The webster banfield team is outstanding! They care about the families and provide superior service! The team is attentive, supportive and willibg to spend time answering questions. I love the drop off services! Very convenient and it gives rhe Vet and care team more time to observe and collect important medical and behavioral information for better diagnosis. The front end team is courteous and works diligently and quickly during high peak times to ensure wait time is minimal. The plan prices are reasonable considering the services provided in the plans.

At first I was skeptical about using such a commercialized vet for our dogs. I thought we would lose that feeling of comfort you typically get at private veterinary practices and I thought the customer service would be subpar. I could not have been more wrong. Banfield's entire staff at the Webster location does everything they can to make you and your pet comfortable, they are transparent with costs, and they are always willing to chat about concerns. Some reviews say that last minute appts are impossible, but I have been able to call them and get same-day appts for urgent issues on multiple occasions. I am so glad I set aside my initial concerns and gave them a shot. I would recommend them to anyone looking for veterinary care for their fur babies.
