Always great to have a family vet nearby ! This place has done awesome and always goes above and beyond with the cars of our 2 Great Danes Poppy and Juno ! We recently had a sick dog and had to undergo some extreme surgery’s but lucky for us the doctors here really know what they are doing and have a lot of skill we are happy to say our dog has been doing very well for almost a year now !
We LOVE this place! Our two adult cats, ages 4 and 6, used to absolutely hate going to the vet, but not anymore thanks to Dr. Amanda and her kind nurses. Previously, we never left an appointment without someone being scratched, but Dr. Amanda took the time to get to know our furry friends and provided the safest environment they could ask for. Recently, our new 6-week-old kitten needed surgery to remove a blockage. Dr. Sarah worked quickly and diligently to ensure our baby was in and out without any complications. We're meeting Dr. Lauren tomorrow for his check-up and are already excited for the visit. We highly recommend this place for everything from scheduling to care. If you need a vet with an amazing staff, this is the place to go. This is a place that doesn’t traumatize the fur balls 🙂↕️🫶🏼 Also, Emma at the front is amazing!
I had a very frustrating experience here where they over charged me last minute when I went to pay. I was quoted $70 but was charged $150. The owner Pam is very kind and she cares about her customers and business. She refunded me my full payment, which was great. However, fast forward about 6-8 weeks and I just found out that my dog is absolutely infested with dog lice. The only place she could have caught it was here at this vet. I had to shave my beautiful dog down since she had two coats of thick fur. We spent around $200 on products to clean her, kill the lice, clean our home and shave her. It’s been so stressful and absolutely disgusting. Do not take your pets here. Even tho Pam is kind and wants to help, that doesn’t make up for the lack of communication the employees have and the fact that they aren’t cleaning their kennels after they stick a dog with lice in there. I will post one before picture of my dog where her fur is long, clean and beautiful and the rest with the lice. My dog is miserable. Update: I can assure you she got it from your center. I have not taken my dog anywhere but my home and your facility since February 16th. She does not go to dog parks or daycares. Lice dies in the cold weather when not on an animal so she had to of come in contact with a dog who had lice at your facility that you did not catch. Like I mentioned before, I have two dogs. Only Karma has lice and she is completely covered. So it is 100% possible she has had it since February 16th. It takes weeks for a large dog to be completely infested. She could not catch this by going pee in our yard. It has to come from another dog.
I can’t say enough good about this place. I was so stressed about my dogs leg- he had an infection from an abscess. The receptionist who answered was SO nice and you could tell she truly cared. They were able to get me in the same day and were amazing with him. I was stressed but everyone there made me feel so much better. We saw Dr. Eakins and again- AMAZING. I truly couldn’t have had a better experience. THANK YOU!! Love- a much happier pup 💙 Duke
Brought my Cat Dexter into the Clinic, he was crashing hard and wasn't doing well, he couldn't keep anything in him. it was all liquid coming out and had no energy and very lethargic. I made an appointment to drop him off for the morning, I was a bit worried to do this since I like to be there and give him support during stressful stuff like the vet but this way they could see him sooner. In the end after blood work that he has Diabetes, Dr. Lauren my vet did an amazing job explaining what to do and how to do it, insulin injections, prescription food, etc. Dexter has bounced back even stronger now, he's back to eating like he was, things are solid when he poops and overall playing again and acting not at all like his age of 13. Dr. Lauren has been very patient with me and always happy to answer my questions weeks after his appointment. I would highly recommend this Vet Clinic for your animals, especially Dr. Lauren, she showed more care than any vet has done in the past for any of my animals. They reached out to me multiple times to check on Dexter and the entire staff there was friendly and understanding. So if you need a vet this is the place to go, they will do everything they can to help you get your Pet feeling great again.
My husband and I had just moved from out of state when we noticed a mass on our youngest pup, Eddy, and knew we needed to find a good vet asap. Animal Care Daybreak made us feel as though we had been clients for years; they got us in the day after we called and operated on her quickly and for a reasonable cost. They communicated exceptionally well before, during, and after the operation and have been available to answer any questions we have since. They have earned a lifelong customer for our sweet doggos!
