Friendly and caring staff. Had an emergency with one of my fur babies almost at their closing time. Took me in without an appointment. My baby is all better because of them! Thank you!!!!! Penelope says thank you for making her feel so much better!

I have taken my dogs to Dr. Meyerer for more than a decade. He and his staff are professional, knowledgeable, and take good care of the animals. They are always by phone and often willing to go the extra mile to refill a prescription, or provide an emergency prescription versus always requiring an appointment. I prefer to visit the clinic rather than make some online pharmacy order that is usually more expensive. I recommend this small animal hospital and Dr. Meyerer.

Took our feline baby here for the same coughing issue. They wanted to repeat the same diagnosis a third time. Said they couldn't hear in her lungs any ailment. Instead we went elsewhere and SAME DAY they x-rayed her and her chest and body were full of cancer. OK. People screw up. But never did these folks mention an x-ray. (Don't have one? Embarrassed?) Anyway our baby suffered two weeks longer than necessary and we euthanized Pearline that day at the other vet. When my wife called yesterday, they were about as compassionate as a tax auditor. Go somewhere else. Make sure they have an x-ray machine.

Very good experience. The staff is very nice to me and my pups, the doctor won’t make you spend money on things you don’t really need that other vets have tried to convince me into. (Serious procedures with serious consequences) so I was very happy that he explained to me everything and I could make a good choice.

UPDATE: The comment they left under my review IS A COMPLETE LIE!!!! What a shame, trying to make it seem like they’re not a fault for wronging a customer, instead of taking accountability to where they KNOW THEY ARE WRONG!!! BAD SERVICE. BAD SERVICE. BAD SERVICE. Today, 3/20 I received very bad service. I thought they were great staff in the beginning but today I was proved wrong. They also charged me for additional services that were not provided and could not explain why the charges were added. They could not come up with a resolution and decided to no longer accept any future appointments for my sweet cat. I advise everyone to look at what this place is charging and make sure you are actually getting the services you are "supposedly" provided if you bring your pet here!

My 14 year old chichi had been seen there today as a new patient. The entire staff was great, they took us right in on time for our appointment. The nurse and doctor were both amazing; they explained all my options. They explained what to expect for my dog who had a pinched nerve and was 14 they were really helpful and I highly recommend this vet. They did charge a fair amount as that was a concern i had being a single mom. This place really was amazing!!
