Smells clean. Fresh. Cold AC, spacious aisles, well-cared for animals. Oh, I wanted to adopt those two kittens! Plenty of dog food and cat food choices and I was pleased with the variety of cat and dog treats. Pretty good sized aquarium section. Reptile fan may be disappointed but the size of this section.

Im not sure why, but the past six months of coming to this location, the employees have been getting quite snippy and rude. I never see a smile, and all I hear are complaints. I had come in to get crickets (15 doz). Tony, the store associate that was helping me check out, had mumbled, “I hate when people come in before we close.” and I was told I needed to call ahead rather than coming in that late. The store had at least 15 other customers in the building (some still bathing their dogs). I wasn’t taking up much time. You’re allowed to be upset, but keep it to yourself. You’re still in customer service, and I don’t deserve to be disrespected. I don’t appreciate all the attitude when I’m a good paying customer and come in several times a week.

Best self dog wash ever AND great staff. Was surprised they had a Christmas outfit that fit her. Always helpful, and great customer service. My melon head loves her bath day there.

For the first time we bought live crickets here. One week later and our beardie died! It had to be the crickets, nothing else had changed and our dragon was healthy. We bought from here because our store Petco was out of crickets. We are all so heartbroken and mad at the same time! Pet Supermarket you should be embarrassed and ashamed to be selling tainted products! I hope your store closes down before any other pets suffer at your hands!
