Very Nice Facility... Knowledge of the animals and Professional. Easy Peasy and Would Refer them so if your looking for a great addition to your family.. This is the place. Frisco is 2.5 yrs old and so loveable. Glad we found him and I feel glad he's glad he found us 😊
Adopted the love of my life from here, “baby bubba”, who now goes by Tallulah. She is our everything and we couldn’t imagine life without her, best decision we ever made. She is the sweetest, most caring dog I’ve ever met and the biggest snuggler. Praying her mama found a loving home.
Very clean, professional, informative, and friendly atmosphere. I love that they do background checks prior to adopting animals out so that they don’t go home with someone who has any violent records. All of the animals seem to be well loved by employees - not one of those places in it for the $. The borrowed buddies program is also a VERY cool option for those who can’t foster, adopt, or have time to volunteer. You just show up & fill out a paper so you can bring one of the shelter dogs out for a car ride, pup cup (if they don’t have dietary issues), or a walk at the park just to get them out of the shelter for a bit.
We have grown to love Frisco in a matter of hours, and we believe he loves us just as much. We are so glad to find him. He rocks, and so do the employees at the facilities so helpful. So 💯 please visit them when looking for your family pet.
My best experience since the passing of my boy dog mikko. After 2 weeks, I found myself looking to adopt again. The best service was here at the Titusville sapc of brevard florida. She's beautiful.
Received a beautiful female Cat (black, orange, and white) from here and unfortunately she was sick at the time with an upper respitory infection. We took her home for 2 weeks just to see how she would do with our own current cat, they warmed up to each other really well except her nose was very snotty and her breathing was strenuous. I took her back before the 2 weeks was up to receive antibiotics for her respitory infection, as soon as the medicine ran out; her infection came back. They do not believe it's their duty to help as now that she is under our responsibility.. though I would simply add how negligent that is. Do not try to offer up sick cats for adoption just to get them out. Make sure these cats are healthy and well taken care of, which I shouldn't have to tell that to an adoption center that "takes care" of animals. Very disappointed in this encounter and I hope this brings awareness to others who choose to adopt from here as well as the management. This is unacceptable. I will be taking my cat to the vet and have no problem doing so, I just don't know why they didn't give her antibiotics, knowing she was sick BEFORE they tried to get her adopted. Makes me feel like they didn't actually care about her, just wanted her out.
