The facility is clean, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Trisha was wonderful. She took the time to find out what type of dog I was looking for, and after two visits, she found the perfect dog for me! I never felt rushed or pressured to adopt a dog at any time. I could tell that the dogs are well taken care of because they had bonded with their handlers. A huge thanks to Trisha and SPCA for Ralphie. He is a wonderful addition to our family. He is a very sweet dog and has a gorgeous smile!
Very Nice Facility... Knowledge of the animals and Professional. Easy Peasy and Would Refer them so if your looking for a great addition to your family.. This is the place. Frisco is 2.5 yrs old and so loveable. Glad we found him and I feel glad he's glad he found us 😊
Adopted the love of my life from here, “baby bubba”, who now goes by Tallulah. She is our everything and we couldn’t imagine life without her, best decision we ever made. She is the sweetest, most caring dog I’ve ever met and the biggest snuggler. Praying her mama found a loving home.
Very helpful staff on the phone to help us with our decision. We had a particular cat in mind and were finally able to drive up to Titusville on 11/18. Fortunately, Lucas was still there and we adopted him. The facility is very well taken care of. The entire staff was very engaged with a Chewy shipment that augments their program. We got a lot of very helpful information from Alicia, the tech that took us to meet Lucas and explain everything. Bree and Britanny were also incredibly helpful, providing information on integrating the new cat into a home with an existing cat, diet, veterinary care, etc. Overall, a great staff and awesome animal and customer care. Thank you!
We have grown to love Frisco in a matter of hours, and we believe he loves us just as much. We are so glad to find him. He rocks, and so do the employees at the facilities so helpful. So 💯 please visit them when looking for your family pet.
Very clean, professional, informative, and friendly atmosphere. I love that they do background checks prior to adopting animals out so that they don’t go home with someone who has any violent records. All of the animals seem to be well loved by employees - not one of those places in it for the $. The borrowed buddies program is also a VERY cool option for those who can’t foster, adopt, or have time to volunteer. You just show up & fill out a paper so you can bring one of the shelter dogs out for a car ride, pup cup (if they don’t have dietary issues), or a walk at the park just to get them out of the shelter for a bit.
