I love Banfield. Have always had good experience with the vets and the vet techs. They all love animals and are will to answer any questions or concerns I might have. I have had the insurance with them for years and has saved me $$. They have been my go to vets since my first husky came into my life in the mid 90s.

Don't take any pets here. We had been taking our dogs here for years. Our one poor dog was in her last stages of heart failure, and they kept telling us she needed less food. We took her to Soho, and they tried to help her. They said, "Didn't your vet tell you?" We said no, they just told us she was eating too much to cut her back on food and to buy this expensive diet food they have. Never take your pets here they will let it die.

I had a fur baby that was absolutely petrified of men, but everyone at Banfield made him feel comfortable to the point he liked going in! He would ride with me all over, but when he would see we were at Banfield, he would almost act like a puppy again. He loved seeing his vet. I haven't had any of my animals not get excited when they recognize where they are. Most animals, especially dogs like to sniff around and check out all the smells not mine they make a beeline for the clinic when they go in.

I have had my fur baby Maxwell for 2 years now and I love the love they show him when we visit both Banfield and the groomer (Hailey) they take good care of my baby boy!

I came across some type of app for free first appointment. I have a 13 year old female pitbull she had some type of skin allergy and they seen her for free told me what I should be getting and still didn't charge me anything! They were super nice.. after the appointment she just thought she was a
