How come every dog available for adoption is elder, female only, no children or other dogs allowed household with behavioral problems? What’re yall doing to them?

Excellent place for the hounds. Hounds that need special care, or hounds that need rehabilitation. Ive been a volunteer for years and without a doubt know that these hounds are loved and recieve the best nutrition and attention they need and deserve. Dont hesitate and donate or adopt from Daphneyland. Drooling Dreams do come true when you wish upon a star....

They tend to keep the dogs as long as they can almost to the point of hoarding for profit! Delays every step of the process especially with dogs that could physically benefit from being in an environment tending to their medical issues! I've seenany unexplained deaths to multiple dogs throughout the last couple of years. Upto and including a blind senior I was trying to adopt! The fact that they never know why the dogs die is especially concerning.

My husband and I have rescued I believe 5 BASSETTS from Dafney Land which has been one of the great high lights of our life. Dawn and her crew are the most beautiful, knowledgeable and carving people in the world. If I were a BASSETT I would be be so proud and greatfull to have been rescued by DafneyLand. DafneyLand is not a rescue station but a loving and caring home to all that are fortunate enough to cross her path. On a rating of one to five (1-5) I score her a TEN (10). My hat goes off to you for all your hard work and making this a better world for BASSETTS, all dogs and those of us that have had the pleasure to know you. Please be assured that your efforts don't go unnoticed but greatly appreciated. As Always, Much Love from, Marlene, Ron, Blondie, Hannah and "Little Marlee" 🐾. 🐾. 🐾

What bad could be said about a place who had a full time staff of volunteers to nurture, rehabilitate and love on all the dogs that have been shown less than that my hat off this is the a rehabilitation education and place of love
