I can’t seem to figure out what their hours are they don’t have a website or any information regarding their policies or hours of operation. I have asked to speak with the office manager but she is not ever available to talk. I’ve asked for the vet to call me and he is not available either. Linda answers the phone but has hung up on me several times. I work very odd hours so I’ve asked if my son can pick up my dogs much needed medication and they won’t allow that either. I’ve spent thousands of dollars here in the last few months only to be met by a dismissive and rude staff. This is disappointing to say the least. I do not recommend using this vet.

Knowledgeable vet. My favorite part is he offered multiple solutions at different costs - didn’t present only the super expensive option. I can tell he actually cares about his patients.

A great vet with a great depth of knowledge and obvious love of animals. I’m excited that moving to Acton comes with the ability to have all of my animals at this clinic. Everyone was helpful and lovely from helping me make the appointment to managing multiple dogs at my appointment. Definitely recommended.

This guy is great. He's very reasonable, won't try to upcharge you for unnecessary procedures. He just gets the job done and gets your kitty home safe with you.

Love this place. The waiting area isnt packed and stressful. Great people, very accomodating and reasonable. Will definitely be bringing my dog back

we picked up a stray kitten in the SF Valley with a really bad respiratory & eye infection - we had three cats already - this was the first time using this vet - Dr. Loken is fabulous with a great demeanor
