I wish there were more workers at PetSmart to assist with animal adoptions or animal assistance. During a recent visit to look for long dog bones, I was informed by a worker that the item might have been discontinued, and no alternatives were offered. At another PetSmart location, I was informed after several nail clipping sessions for my Doberman Shepherd that future services would be denied because my dog was described as “crazy” after escaping during a session. My dog is an excited and strong Doberman Shepherd who still exhibits puppy-like behavior. I do know that perhaps my dog shouldn’t have escaped but telling me that my dog is “crazy” is very insulting to me.

The store is a little pricey but it cast hard to find items recently took our dog for grooming and are very happy good price and she looks great.

Petsmart has always been good to my dog Sunday. Today was our last visit as we’re moving out of state and it will be hard to find a groomer to fill their shoes. Today I was in such a hurry and two associates worked on her as I peaked and watched from outside. They are so gentle and loving and even though my dog is an anxious mess, she still enjoys her time “at the spa”. Thank you Johnathan and Amanda for your kindness and care. Sunday is looking good and ready for a new state!

I went there to get a tank lid but they didn't have the size I needed. No big deal! I decided to get 2 female guppies and 1 male guppy for my tank while I was there. When I asked for assistance in getting them from the the tanks I was asked how big my tank is. I told her I have a 29 gallon and she immediately tried to discourage me from buying the fish. Like she really tried to get me to not buy the fish. It was the weirdest thing ever. I've never experienced anti-retail before. If I see her around the tanks I'm not getting any fish. It was clear that she doubted my intelligence and I didn't appreciate it at all. It was an older brown haired woman.

Ordered and paid for an item online. Went to pickup next day at store. Two cashier's working and each line is easily eight people deep. I noticed my item was pulled and ready for pickup as it was sitting on the rack. I was told I had to get in line so they could process order and remove from their system. I informed them that wouldn't be happening and left with my $6 item. The whole purpose of ordering online is for convenience. Fix your stupid system .

They typically have sales on our dogs treats. She is pretty picky. I don't buy my dog food here because it's too expensive but toys and treats always.
