Dr Sheffield is a great gentle communicator, patient and kind. My Meadow is in great health and the program through Banfield is pretty fantastic, when you bring in a puppy, you can sign up for lifelong, veterinarian-care to include all of their vaccinations , physicals and discounts on warmers and the process of spayed or neutered. This program is the perfect fit for a budget while caring for your pets.

First time taking my cat here, I explained she is very feisty. I feel they should have listened to me on how her personality is so they could be prepared, But they didnt. She was in need of nail clip and shots. I feel they were not prepared for her visit. She pooped all over her carrier from them trying to shove her back in. But they did put her in a cardboard carrier a little bigger and less visibility. Now she is limping all day and hiding. Next time I will use a more private carrier so she feels safer and use someone more prepared. I might be over concerned and had higher expectations.

I absolutely love this location. Every single vet tech, vet and admin staff are all very professional and really love our dogs. I’ve been taking our dogs to Banfield for almost 15 years and have always received excellent care. Shannon has been wonderful with my Italian greyhounds since 2008! Thank you ALL for taking great care of our babies!!

Not happy with the care or service here. Unfortunately signed my pets up for their optimum care package which apparently doesn't include seeing your dog for an emergency. When I called in about her having trouble breathing I was told to take her to an emergency pet hospital. She died one week after signing her up for the yearly optimum care package and guess what? No refund due after paying for the full year! Amazingly, the one general visit cost more than the full year of care.

Terrible place. Doesn't listen, doesn't do the work you ask them to do, lies to you over the phone about putting in your dogs medication. Purposely is neglectful of care. If you care about your pets go somewhere else. (FYI the "help" email is so you dont issue them a lawsuit- of which they have many already 🙃)

This is by far the best Banfield there is! I’ve never been pressured to buy meds or do tests, which has been a problem at other locations. Here, they always do what’s best for my fur babies. This is also the only place I feel comfortable leaving them at for drop offs. I came in to pick up my brand new 6 week old kitten and one of the receptionist was holding her in one hand against her chest and working with the other! 😻 She said she was looking scared so she decided to just hold her until I got there! My lab can hardly contain herself when we pull in the parking lot because she knows she is going to get lots of loving and treats!! I can tell everyone that works here truly cares about animals!!
