We LOVE it here! We had been with our old vet for over 30 years with all of our dogs, but wasn't feeling they were the right fit for my girl. We immediately fell in love with the warm welcome and caring vibes we felt from the staff from the minute we walked in the door. They listened, they were kind and gentle with dog, we truly felt they cared, and we weren't just another appointment for the day. I would give 10stars if I could!

My wife and I took our newly adopted dog to Valley Center Veterinary Clinic last week and we were so glad we we did! The staff was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and Dr. Clarke was so great with our dog Hazel! As we aren't exactly experienced with this, we had a lot of questions and Dr. Clarke was awesome in that she spent the time to answer those questions and give us a lot of great information. This is definitely the clinic for us and we can't recommend them highly enough!

Love, love, love this place! Lived in Valley Center for 44 years but had never tried this vet. Got a same day appointment for one of my standard poodles. Received the best treatment and personal care a small town vet should have! No robots here!!!! Highly recommend to all! I will definitely use them for all my veterinary needs!

The staff is super friendly and the Doctors take the time to explain the situation with your pet in depth and in a very empathetic manner. Used to go to countryside but didn’t feel important to the staff and doctors (more like an annoyance) but VCV is the polar opposite, they excel in patient care and customer service. Although my dogs aren’t a fan at the beginning , the staff and doctors do their absolute best to make sure they feel safe and as comfortable as they can. They are all very helpful and knowledgeable. It’s comforting as a dog mom knowing they’re in good hands .

I've been taking my dog here for all her medical needs for years now. It's a little pricey, but the service is top notch. The entire staff knows what they're doing, and you can tell they really do care about the pets that come through their doors.
