Great veterinarians office. Dog was shot in the neck by pos. Vet did surgery and survived. Dog was bit by water moccasin and vet took care of. Great veterinarian services. They also offer boarding. Dog is indestructible!
I relocated down here in Nov 2015! My seal point siamese jade (9) at the time was shortly later diagnosed diabetic. Dykes and I have been working to get Jade stable. Hes not in remission but he's doing well. We've had out ups and downs over the years. But jade is still here living his best life in his senior years! I've never had to worry about him when he was in their care! Thank you Dykes for taking care of my baby!!!
I love the doctors, techs, and most of the admin staff here. They always treat my animals and myself with care and kindness. However, yesterday when I brought in my dogs and my rat, the front desk lady with the orange hair was EXTREMELY rude. She tried to contradict me saying I didn’t have a puppy appointment scheduled even though I’d just spoken to somebody on the phone the day before to go over who all I’d be bringing. She also made us wait in the car (my corgi had a mild eye infection) even though there were zero other patients in the waiting room. It might be beneficial to do some retraining on customer service and hospitality. Other than that, I love this practice!
Has very good veterinary services but the front desk people have been rude on multiple occasions. I called today & got such a rude response to my very basic questions. & when I said they are normally nice so why is she being rude, she completely ignored it & told me my medicine will be ready in a couple of hours & ended the conversation. Great vets. Most staff is great too. But there’s a few that are rude and couldn’t care less how they treat you.
Love this place for over 20 years, they just worked on my goose when no other vet would take him on, they genuinely care
I give them a 1 star. Beware of this place. I absolutely would not recommend them. I’ve had dogs my entire life and I’m 53 so this ain’t my first rodeo. I was there for a Lubrela injection and it went bad because first off because they didn’t want me to go back with her. They let me weigh her but not go into the room for the injection. That seemed strange because I had always gone back with my pets just like I do with my kids and grandkids. They said my dog weight was over 66 and was charging me accordingly. I just weighed her on your scale at 61lbs with your staff. So why are you charging me for a 66lb+ dose? Then the vet came out and told me to go somewhere else. I left straight away but was wondering why they would dose up. The next dose up is for up to 100lbs so why overdose her without asking me? Never had a vet be so dishonest and shady.
