We’ve taken our pups to Oshkosh PetSmart for years. The weekend staff is so wonderful. Due to our own schedules we had to switch days to Sundays for nail trims and baths. Lauren and Ashley are fabulous! When my Walter had had enough of the dryer recently and went to the kennel she said, “He’s a big guy with big feelings.” She is so right. My mastiff is a big guy with big feelings about not wanting to be dried. :) Both Olive and Walter are silky soft after their baths. They love coming to PetSmart to be groomed by the incredible staff. I can’t sing the praises of Lauren, Ashley, and Chelsea and the rest of the grooming crew often enough. Bring your dogs and cats and tip them well. They work so hard and make the experience the best they can possibly make it for us and our pups.

This is supposed to be a lion cut but I’m not sure what the groomer was trying to achieve here tbh. Looks partly finished.. rip to what my pretty cat used to look like (pic of him in the window)

I give Breanna 5 stars in grooming. She was such a nice gal so friendly and helpful and fun. Also l give 5 stars to the cashier gal she tells everyone hello. I checked out she was super sweet.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Breanna and 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Cashier.

My senior corgi needed his nails/paw pads trimmed. This was a new experience for him and I was nervous. Kenzie did a great job and their caring staff put me at ease. Thank you!! As our pets get older, sometimes things that were easy earlier in their lives no longer are, and they were very compassionate. He also looks so clean and fluffy! 😊
