Took the fur babies for the first time to get groomed at this PetSmart. The dogs were kinda scared at first, but the staff made sure to give them a nice warm welcome and took their time with them. They came out smelling amazing, and nails were nicely trimmed and filed. I will be coming back. ❤️

Customer Service could use improvement. Went shopping there yesterday and the cashier was not friendly at all. She was helpful and friendly to the person ahead of us, but as soon as me and my wife approached, it was bare minimum interaction. If she was consistent it wouldn't be so bad, but the change was jarring. Do yourself a favor if you're just shopping there, and check out the Feed Store here in town instead. They are more friendly.

Austin and his team in the grooming department are honestly some of the most caring people I have met ! After adopting an old dog that had a horrible shelter cut, I wasn’t really sure what to do. They were super patient and explained everything to me. They took great care of him. Super thankful for their patience and kindness towards not only my dog but also me. Thank you guys!

Terrible service. Don’t book grooming here. They have unqualified staff that can’t actually groom your dog. We booked online, arrived on time, was told there was nobody available for two more hours to do the grooming. Lazy lady at the desk, who was grooming a dog when we arrived, said she couldn’t do it because she wasn’t a qualified groomer. Said she could only bathe and brush our dog. That’s all we wanted but she just looked for every possible reason to not do it. Our dog is a 8yr old border collie and is very sweet. It wasn’t our dog, it was a lazy employee not wanting to do her job.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great rewards program. Store layout is good for the most part with each type of pet area separated into their own part of the store. I just wish the isle would have identifiers for what is in them, like toys, food, leashes/collars, ect.
