My husband and I found out that our pup, Sherlock, had a tumor on the roof of his mouth near his canine in December. It felt so overwhelming when thinking of options/treatment plans. Thankfully we had found out about Animal Care Clinic and saw the remarkable reviews and knew we had to try and get an appointment there. We scheduled a consultation first, the staff was so kind to us and the surgeon did a wonderful job at explaining exactly what the surgery would be like, what needed to be removed and what care would look like afterwards. It was still scary, but we felt more at ease to move forward. Our appointment was scheduled and the day of they let us stay with Sherlock until they were ready to take him back. They kept us updated and were so kind. They followed up with us to check in to see how he was doing too. His surgery was in January, (photo below) there’s an after photo (first week after surgery with his little tooth poking out) and then a recent photo with his little lamb chop toy. Sherlock is happy, so we’re very happy. He eats normally, and plays just the same. We’re SO THANKFUL to the whole staff and everyone who made this really hard journey feel safe for us!

The team here is fantastic. Super informative and reassuring. They treat your fur baby as if it were their own. They stick quite well to appointment times and the surgens are quick and thorough. Sutures are clean and they even ice the surgical site to help with swelling. Plus they call you as soon as they are out of surgery.

Dr Ruddle is amazing. She is caring, compassionate, and thorough in her explanations. She recently treated my best friend for a mast cell tumor that was removed. We received nothing but the top care from Dr Ruddle and her team. Unfortunately, the oncologist was supposed to follow up with me to let me know about chemotherapy options but never did. When you’re told that your dog will live another 12 months IF you do chemo and then no one calls you back- little bit disheartening when time is of the essence. Hopefully this was an over sight and not a norm for them. Either way- thank you to Dr Ruddle and team for the excellent care!

100% would recommend. Staff is caring, patient and honest. We took our dog here and it ended up being cheaper than his primary vet. We are so grateful.

Standing Up To Bullies

In February 2023, our vet informed us that we had six weeks to say goodbye to our Sasha. We took her to the Animal Cancer Care Clinic for a second opinion. It has been four months since that day. Sasha is now in remission. Her swelling is completely gone. No more whimpering. She’s even back to playing and acting like a young dog again. Thank you to the wonderful people that have given Sasha a second chance at life and living out her final years without pain. Thank you all so much for the love, compassion, and care you’ve provided. You truly love animals.
