As a traveling pet owner it’s always important to have great emergency pet care facilities. Well we found this one from our campground owner 52 miles away and opened on a Sunday. This area is so lucky to have this place and staff available to take care of our Furends. Special people doing AMAZING things is their game. Watching them handle many different patients and owners with care and concern is pretty important here.Dr.Brown and his staff are a huge asset to this area. This is the place to go for emergency pet care, I would drive a 100 miles for this quality of service. THANK YOU😊🤙

Great experience. The doctor and staff treated us and our cat with great care and compassion. We had to put down our cat today. The staff gave us plenty of time with the cat before putting him down.

AMAZING staff - they saved our dog’s life who was hit by a car and barely breathing when we got there. They have a vet and techs there all night. They were able to identify his condition, do procedures right away which saved his life and prevented permanent lung damage. He is running around happy and back to his normal active self. They were recommended by our regular vet who doesn’t do weekends - and they sent a full report and all test results to our vet for follow up care.

Our 16 year old cocker spaniel had took the turn for the worse, he crossed the rainbow bridge a few days ago. Our normal animal clinic was closed, we we're referred here to Shoals Area Veterinary Emergency. The vet assistants and the veterinarian was very professional. They took the time to explain to us the process and what to expect. They were very understanding and took great gentle care of our dog. We filled out paperwork with Halo Pet Crematory, they are partnered with "SAVE". We will be receiving a call in a few days that our beloved cocker spaniel will be ready for pickup.
