We get the privilege of being fosters to two kittens who were abandoned. The process did take awhile as the staff is very busy attending to the animals. They take such good care of the foster pets, we have felt super supported- highly recommend!

Very little response from furry friends. Not even a thank you for your application, not like in colorado where visit, if they get along , you finish paperwork, pay and go home And now because I surrendered a puppy and he got adopted a couple of weeks later. Now I've filled out 2 apps and have heard nothing except negativity. Ex too active or not answering at all .Funny my money was good the first time.

This is a 0 star rating. I submitted an application to adopt 1 year old cats runty and orangie (they supposedly are close and need to both go to the same home). There was absolutely NO communication. If i weren’t friends with someone that knows almost everyone at this shelter i would not know what was going on nor would my application even have been worked on. If you are interested in these two cats you should probably choose other ones or preferably pick another shelter. The foster mom basically has unofficially adopted them, so good luck meeting them or taking them home. I never received a phone call, all information was basically given to me through my friend who doesn’t even volunteer for this shelter. Extremely unprofessional. Buy don’t adopt

Tried to get a dog from here, and after filling out the application it took about a week for my references to receive a call. After that, I was not given any update of my application besides that they are currently processing it. After following up again, I was told to submit a video of my home and after it was submitted, I was still not contacted. After another week, I still haven't received anything from this organization and saw that the pet I wanted was removed from the website. The communication and organization needs improvement.
