I reside in Minot, ND. I would gladly drive the almost 2 hours each way to see this doctor and staff. The facility is exceptional. The staff is clearly skilled, extremely professional, and care about the people and animals it takes on. I was denied care at a vet in Minot because my dog has fear aggression. This staff and doctor was so good at what they do, not only did my guy never growl, bark, or try to bite BUT when they brought me back to get him from the tech, he was just standing there, calm, leash under her foot while she pecked away at the keyboard. My dog had the best behavior and was the most calm he has ever been at a vets office (no medication or sedative provided). That should tell you something about the facility and its staff. So long as I reside in Minot, I will be driving to Bismarck simply because the service and standards of this doctor and her staff were just that exceptional. The best experience I have ever had at a veterinary clinic/hospital. Winston says thank you!

Raving review! We brought in our dog who has had a long history of GI issues. Dr. Zeigler was absolutely amazing to work with and was able to get us some answers. She has gone out of her way to research to find the best diet and treatment options. The whole team has been great to work with from the front desk to the vet techs to the doctors. They truly care about proving the best care and experience to you and your pets!

I cannot stress enough how amazing this place is! From the moment you walk in until the moment you walk out, it is friendly and helpful. Despite the chaos that can happen in a veterinary clinic, the staff shows professionalism, respect, and patience for each client and furkid. I love to banter and joke with the CSR staff, and if I have a question, they are on it and good with following up. The techs and assistants have a warm and caring attitude, so I have no issues with handing over my furbabies. Dr Herauf is great; she is personable and informative and genuinely wants to help and heal. A big THANK YOU to everyone at Bismarck Animal Clinic and Hospital for all you do and will continue to do for me and my clowder

It took me a minute to review because the reason I went to this clinic was to see about my 13 year old Westie, Ceaser who was fighting cancer. While he lost his battle, the staff was nothing short of compassionate, patient, and attentive to me during one of the most difficult times in my life. I drove 2 hours for their service and so very thankful I did. I highly recommend them as they treat you like family the minute you walk through the door.
