We just adopted our little lady from this great rescue. They were very attentive and helped answer my questions to make sure we were placed with the right cat for us. The adoption day went great and we felt very cared for. Carole and her husband were so excited and you could see how much they love their fosters. Thanks for a great experience.

I have adopted from cat tail kitties twice now! Both times have been a pleasant experience. Carole was so nice and welcoming. They do a thorough job of vetting potentially owners which is great to see. We knew our kittens were being well taken care of! Cat tail kitties is an amazing shelter, we are so grateful for all their hard work! Highly recommend this rescue

I had such an incredible experience at Cat Tail Kitties Rescue!!! They take such wonderful care of the cats and kittens in their care, letting them roam around a small area, rather than keeping them in cages or crates. The cats are happy, thriving, and thrilled when someone new comes to visit, rather than cowering away. This, alone shows such attention to detail and a real understanding of the cats. To the negative reviews, I can only assume that Cat Tail Kitties Rescue is doing their job, and doing the most thorough job of making sure each cat and kitten is placed into the care of individuals that can truly enrich the cat’s life and give it the best home possible. I'm sorry to read all of the negatives reviews here. I have had a great experience with Cat Tails, from my first contact with Debi to meeting the foster dad Bob to the follow-up calls after adoption. My kittens were well taken care of, and the questions they asked me were relevant and fairly typical of most adoption agencies. I am 67 years old and have been a cat mom my entire life. Everyone I talked to has been open and very helpful with whatever questions I may have had. When looking to adopt kittens from listings one has seen on the internet or web, there are hundreds of people looking at these listings, and the demand for certain kittens can be intense. From my experience, they are trying to give these kittens the best home they can. Cat Tails personnel are all volunteers. I am sure it is difficult to make the decision of who gets a kitten and who doesn't. I know they are doing their best. Again, my experience was very positive and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I am so grateful for Cat Tails Kitties Rescue! I rescued 3 kittens, and I am a newbie fostering. Carole put me in touch with Debi and she is fantastic! Debi is a wealth of knowledge and is mentoring me through the process of getting the kittens adopted. She is very responsive and helpful! Debi's direction and advice has given me confidence caring for the kittens and I am absolutely certain she will find the best homes for them. I feel so blessed working with them! We lost the last of our Fur Babies just before COVID hit. Two were elderly but one was only nine. We had cats since 1968. My wife and I didn’t even feel like searching for (replacements?) we were heartbroken. However after a couple of months of confinement we missed our Fur Babies so much that we decided to start to search for rescued companions. My wife had been told about Cat Tails Kitten Rescue so after searching for several weeks we decided to contact them. We had decided to look for siblings that were about 3 years old. We spotted a female and male (siblings) at Cat Tails Kitten Rescue. We contacted Cat Tail Kitten Rescue and made arrangements to fill out an adoption application. The application process was extremely thorough, it was obvious that they wanted to make sure that their rescues went to the best homes possible!! We were approved, luckily the two we spotted were still available. There is a lot more to this story, the owner of these Fur Babies was in Hospice with stage 4 cancer and was worried that they deserved a good home. We were able to adopt them. The former owner passed away a couple of days after we had adopted them. May she REST IN PEACE knowing that we are very lucky to give her “children” a safe and loving home.
