Really love doing business here for our baby girl. The staff are kind and very attentive. I love that I can text them at any time. Appreciate the fact that they asked us to wait in our car to keep our dog separated from other animals that may be in the building. But what I love most is that they have two integrative veterinarians there now and understand and agree with our natural methods of health for our puppy.

Honestly, I've lived all over the US and the vets here have been the best I've ever had. They care immensely and always take time to explain things. I found a lost kitten and they took me in right away to help get the kitten back to health and constantly called and checked in.

This was my first visit to Cedar Creek Veterinary, and I was very pleased with the overall care my cat received, pleased with their gentle handling of her, and impressed with the skill and knowledge they demonstrated while examining and vaccinating her. My cat is normally leery of strangers, but she warmed up to them almost immediately and seemed relaxed. I am so glad to have found Cedar Creek Veterinary, and would highly recommend them to others!

All the staff are amazing! I've never met anyone there who didn't make me and our three cats feel completely welcome and appreciated. Also, they know what they're doing! We love Dr. Stover! I just had my little tuxedo cat Violet in to have her teeth checked yesterday and she came away from the experience completely unscathed and peaceful. Definitely the best veterinary clinic we've ever used.

I don't recommend using Cedar Creek Vet Clinic as your primary care for your pet if you care about their well-being and your wallets. (: We've always had a good experience with this clinic, but recently have made the decision to seek primary care elsewhere for our Border Collie and Aussie. They have Veterinarians who are unknowledgeable of specific breeds' behaviors and don't know how to treat animals humanely. Staff fails to inform patients of costs of services and medications PRIOR to charging you for them and expects the customer to be okay with this after the fact. We were expected to trust in this clinic and the staff to look after our dogs that we consider members of our family and they have instead reverted one pup back to old, destructive behaviors from traumatic visit practices and charged an arm and a leg without providing the proper prior information for the other.
