All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. I am glad that there is a place to go when in need. Pet insurance is a plus for your loved ones care just like any other family member in your household.

Don’t go here, unless you want them to over medicate your pet. Dr. Zimmerman Can’t answer questions and gets upset when you ask them. Horrible experience and shocking to be honest. Save your money go to American pet clinic where the vet and staff appreciate their patients and are happy to be working there.

There are no Banfield visits anymore and I felt lost today. Our fur baby went to heaven last Sunday. The staff was fabulous with us always but especially during such a sad time for our family.

Modesto Banfield is suddenly horrible. My 18 year old cat isn't eating and they can't make time for over a week. Do not get their plan. I am cancelling the moment I can... They were good... But not for the past year!!!!!!

The staff is very respectful & nice! The Doctor is Amazing! Decided to sign up for the wellness plan for my aging doxie. Great price for all you get (included/discounts). Will ONLY take my fur baby to Banfield from now on!
