Description We care for your animals as if they are our own. We live on site. We are a By Appointment Only! Website will answer Boarding questions Boarding Info: Our Dog Runs are Indoor Heated and have AC they will accommodate a Mastiff or a Great Dane very easily plenty of room to stretch their legs. Rabies and Bordetella Required, highly recommend K9 Flu Vaccine. We also have 2 custom Cat Condos that are Glass enclosures with Floor to Ceiling Shelves. Feline Leukemia and Rabies are Required, Highly recommend FIV vaccine We also Board birds!!! Grooming Info: All Breeds are Welcome. We also groom Cats and Birds. By Appointment Only.

Great customer service and reasonable rates. My Butterscotch was in good hands. I had no worries while just out of town or out of the country. Glad there was an opening for our 3rd visit. I'm grateful for a quality place nearby!

Had to find a new groomer our old one is closed. #1 Critter Care Plus was very fast in responding to my inquiry about getting a new client appointment. #2 They had one the next day available. #3 The biggest reason I will be returning with all my doggies, my 11yr old pup, has had a few really bad experiences with groomers, to the point of be traumatized usually every time he goes now. Today was the exact opposite, he has been happy and normal puppy since I picked him up. Critter Care plus listened to me explain how he acts with groomers and why, and whatever they did it worked great. He was even giving her kisses before we left. For a dog scared to death of groomers to act this way, you can tell they took extra special care to make his visit very relaxing and as enjoyable as possible.

We took Stella our golden doodle here and due to covid and bad advice she was way overdue for a cut. Very very overdue! They took such good care of her and made sure she was comfortable. They didn't make us feel embarrassed or too much of a hassle due to the hair issues with her. She loved them and came home incredibly happy and completely unfazed by the experience. She also looks like a new pup! When we got there she had a nervous poo and they cleaned it up quickly and didn't make us feel awkward. If you are even thinking of brining your pup here for any reason I highly recommend it simply because they love your pet and you can tell. This was the best experience we have ever had!! It was so good I made sure to leave this review :) ha!

Used them for the first and my dogs first time. Staff was friendly and efficient. I got a picture update on the first night and they said I could email for more updates if I wanted. He came home a happy pup.

We absolutely LOVE Critter Care Plus! The facility is clean and well maintained. Their grooming is amazing. They do a great job in a timely manner. Their boarding is great too. The animals are well taken care of! I would recommend Critter Care Plus to everyone. They are truly the best!
